Objective To investigate IL-17 regulate IL-6 / IL-6R / JAK1 / STAT3 signaling pathway to regulate the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.Method Sixty cases of laryngeal carcinoma were collected from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. The gene expression of IL-17?IL-17R?IL-6?IL-6R?VEGF-C?VEGFR-3 of different pathological grades were detected by q RT-PCR.The expression of IL-6,IL-6R,JAK1,p-JAK1,STAT3 and p-STAT3 of laryngeal carcinoma cells were detected by Western blot.We observed the invasion and migration of laryngeal carcinoma cells stimulated by interleukin-17.Result The expression of IL-17,IL-17 R,IL-6,IL-6R,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 significantly increased with the decrease of histological differentiation(P<0.01).The expression of IL-6,IL-6R,p-JAK1 and p-STAT3 was significantly increased and the expression of JAK1 and STAT3 were not significantly increased in IL-17-stimulated laryngeal carcinoma cells.IL-17 can promote the invasion and migration of laryngeal carcinoma cells. Conclusion IL-17 may promotes invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma cells through IL-6 / IL-6R / JAK1 / STAT3 signaling pathway.
