The Anylyse Of The Application Value Of Elastography Ultrasound In Differentiation Of Thyroid Nodules?breast Nodules And Lymph Nodes

ObjectiveThe purpose of this project is to evaluate the properties of the application of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodules?breast nodules and lymph nodes,discussion of elasticity imaging techniques in clinical diagnosis.MethodsAll nodules were underwent Ultrasound and Elastography Ultrasound examination,check the corresponding lesion size,shape and blood supply,then converted into elasticity imaging model,made of elastic score corresponding and Strain ratio,formed a preliminary diagnosis;with the postoperative pathological results as golden standard,the comparative analysis of the two methods of the sensitivity of diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules the specificity,accuracy,using SPSS19.0 software and Medcalc software,and the results were analyzed statistically.ResultsThe positive rate of the elastography in thyroid nodules ?breast nodules and lymph nodes were significantly higher than that in the Ultrasound(P<0.05).The diagnosis of thyroid by Ultrasound was 67.50%,the sensibility was 68.89%,the specificity was 65.71%,masculine and negative was 72.09%,62.15%;The predictive value,judging for the sensibility,specificity,masculine and negative of breast nodules by Ultrasound was 62.5%,66.67%,76.92% and 50% rescpectively;The predictive value,judging for the sensibility,specificity,masculine and negative of lymph nodules by Ultrasound was 60%,70.97%,57.14% and 70.77% rescpectively.Judging by Elastography Ultrasound,the the sensibility,specificity,masculine and negative of thyroid nodules was 82.22%,80%,84.09% and 77.78% rescpectively;the sensibility,specificity,masculine and negative of breast nodules was 84.38%,83.33%,90% and 75% rescpectively;The the sensibility,specificity,masculine and negative of lymph nodules was 80%,80.65%,72.72% and 86.21% rescpectively.The ROC curve indicated that The thyroid nodules of SR for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodule was 3.89,the diagnosis of malignant breast nodule was 2.91,the diagnosis of malignant neck lymph nodes nodule was 1.31,the diagnosis of malignant axillary lymph nodes nodule was 2.23.ConclusionsThe elastograpy is helpful in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules ?breast nodules and lymph nodes.
