Relationship Between Bleeding Degree And Platelet Microparticles?Von Willebrand Factor And Fibronecti In Patients With Hematological Diseases And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To measure the relationship between the degree of bleeding and Platelet microparticles(PMPs),von Willebrand Factor(v WF),Fibronecti(FN)in Hematologic Patients with low platelet count,analyze the clinical significance of PMPs,v WF,FN to perdict the degree of bleeding.Methods : Cases were collected from hematology department of the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university,90 patients who's platelet count <20×109/L as the experimental group,The diagnosis of all diseases are consistent with Zhang Zhinan editor of "blood disease diagnosis and efficacy standards" in the diagnostic criteria.Refer to the WHO classification criteria for bleeding.According to the experimental group of patients with the degree of bleeding is divided into 0 group,1 group,2 group,3group,4 group.At the same time in our hospital physical examination center 50 cases of physical examination as the control group.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the experimental group and the control group.All the experimental group and the control group had no cardiovasc?lar disease,no blood transfusion treatment,no anticoag?lant and antiplatelet drugs were taken within 2 weeks before the test.Flow cytometry was used to detect Platelet microparticle in the peripheral blood in the patients.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was be used to determine the von Willebrand Factor and Fibronecti in the peripheral blood in the patients.Results:(1)The level of Platelet microparticles?von Willebrand Factor and Fibronecti have significance difference in each group(P<0.001)(2)In the different degree of bleeding,severity bleeding with much lower PMPs(1 group and 2 group;3group,4group and the control group have no significance difference,others have significance difference),much high v WF(each group has significance difference,except 1 group and 2 group),much higher Fn(each group has significance difference,except 0 group and 1 group).Conclusion:The level of Platelet microparticles,von Willebrand Factor and Fibronecti is helpful to perdict the degree of bleeding in Hematologic patients with low platelet count.
