| ObjectiveTo investigate the application of various digitized technologies in mandibular accurate reconstruction with fibula flap.MethodThe clinical data was collected from 10 cases were selected from The First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University from 2015.2 to 2016.12.All cases were applied various digitized technologies in mandibular accurate reconstruction with fibula flap, including thin-section CT scans, simulated surgical procedures,3D print models, surgical navigation system,etc.7 cases were ameloblastoma,1 case was gingival cancer.1 case was buccal cancer, and lcase was keratocystic odontogenic tumor. The the surgical results were evaluated by postoperative thin-section CT scans with 3D reconstructions.Fellow-up was recommended in 1St month,3rd month and 1st year.ResultIn 10 patients,9 patients were operated successfully according to preoperative design. One patient with muscle flap was found anastomosis vascular thrombosis after surgery.so we had to remove the muscle flap by 2nd surgery. After operation, all patients had good appearance and no obvious complications. One patients had been treated with bone graft after 2nd surgery to provide enough bone for implant.ConclusionThe application of a variety of digitized technology, can make the design of preoperative operation plan more accurate, intuitive, easy to communicate with patients and their families, and is conducive to the realization of precision medicine. However, there are still some limitations in the current technology, some aspects still need technical progress. |
