The Analysis Of The Principle Of TCM Diagnosis On The Patients After Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

ObjectiveUsing clinical research explore the principle of TCM Diagnosis of patients at the sixth mouth after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;At the same time,investigating the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;At last,Correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and T lymphocytes after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.MethodsThis is a prospective observational study.Patients from Guangdong Hospital of TCM(hematology department and out-hospital)for December 2015 to December 2016 and Nanfang Hospital(hematology department)for June 2016 to September 2016,who have hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and well understand this test and volunteered for this test.We process six months observation.Eventually 31 patients were included.Exploring the principle of TCM Diagnosis on patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;At the same time,investigating the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;At last,correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and T lymphocytes after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Statistical analysis of data by SPSS17.0 statistical software,using descriptive statistics,data sample clustering analysis,normality test and other statistical methods.Results1.The types of syndrome after-HSCT include the deficiency of qi and blood stasis?the deficiency of both xue and yin?the deficiency of qi and blood stasis and heat.The types of syndrome before-HSCT include the deficiency of yang and blood stasis?the deficiency of both qi and xue and externally contracted diseases?the deficiency of qi and blood stasis and heat.2.AT the first month after transplantation,the percentage of CD3 +T cells decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of CD3 + T cells increased at the three months after transplantation,and slowly approached to the pre-transplant level.After three months of transplantation,CD8 + T cell count and CD3 + T cell count declined at the same time,they gradually restored to the level before 3 months ago,even more than the level before transplantation;The recovery of CD4 + T cell count was slowly throughout the course of the study until 6 months after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation no significant recovery was found;and CD4 +/CD8 + values were continuously inverted for more than 6 months;3.There was no significant difference between the number of CD3 + T,CD4 + T and CD8 + T cells and the three TCM syndromes?ConclusionThe types of syndrome after-HSCT include the deficiency of qi and blood stasis?the deficiency of both xue and yin?the deficiency of qi and blood stasis and heat.T lymphocyte count has increasing relation with the immunity.T lymphocyte count have no significant relation with the syndrome of TCM after 6 month of HSCT.
