Clinical Study On Treatment Of Old Fractures Of Scaphoid Bone By Operation Combined With Huoxue Xugu Tang

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of surgery combined with Huoxue XuguTang decoction in the treatment of old scaphoid fracture.Methods:Collected in June 2015-June 2016 in the treatment of the scaphoid bone fracture cases.Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups:surgical + Chinese medicine group and operation group.Surgical method for the scaphoid bone incision to take the autologous radial styloid process bone screw fixation.Surgery + Chinese medicine group ofpatients after 2 days after the start to give live blood continued bone soup orally began treatment is 6 month.The pain scores of the ipsilateral wrist were measured at the 3rd,7th and 14th day after operation.Blood rheology tests were performed on the 1st,2nd and 3rd months after operation.On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,1 month,3 months line PT,APTT,D-dimer detection,1,2,3 months after the ipsilateral wrist function score,the first postoperative 1,3 months after surgery X-ray The fracture healing was performed on the 3rd day after operation and at the first and third months after operation.Two sets of data were recorded using SPSS20.0 for statistical processing.Result:(1)Baseline comparison:There was no significant difference in the scores of the wrist function between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in gender(P<0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences(P<0.05)at 7 days and 14 days after operation.(3)Wrist joint function comparison:Preoperative,the first month after surgery was no significant difference(P>0.05),3 and 6 months after surgery there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of hemorheology indexes:The first month after surgery was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the 3 and 6month after operation(P<0.05).(5)PT and APTT:There was no significant difference in PT,APTT of Two groups patients before surgery and postoperative 3d,1,3,6 months,no significant difference(P>0.05).(6)D-dimer comparison:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the operation of D-dimer(p>0.05),There was significant difference(P<0.05)at the 7th day after operation,the first month after operation and the third month after operation.(7)the overall clinical efficacy comparison:there is a difference between the two groups of patients T after 3 and 6 months later wrist CT,(P<0.05).(8)Fracture bone mineral density:There was a significant difference in bone mineral density increase between the two groups of patients with in postoperative 3.6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scaphoid bone old fractures were treated with open reduction and bone grafting,After surgery with oral Chinese medicine HuoxueTang can ignificantly reduce the symptoms of wrist pain early.Can significantly improve the function of the wrist joint,to promote bone mineral density increased fracture,so as to promote the wrist bone bone fracture after fracture healing.
