A Study On The Development And Influencing Factors Of Preverbel Communication Skill In Prelingually Deaf Children With Cochlear Implants By Video Analysis

Objective:To explore the development of preverbal communication skill in prelingually deaf children with cochlear implant,and to analyze the fa-ctors related to the preverbal communication skill.Methods:There were quest-ionnaire surveys on 31 prelingually deaf children with cochlear implants who received cochlear implants at GuiZhou medical university from september 2015 to november 2016.They received cochlear implantion the age of 12 months.T-he video analysis was used to analyze the preverbal communication skill inclu-deing turn-taking,active communication,visual communication and auditory atten-tion after 1,3,6,9,12months.To investigate the different of the preverbal co-mmunication skill of the patients with different age,preoperation use of hearin-g aids,preoperation speech rehabilitation training,preoperation surgery ear averag-e residual hearing.Analysis of the factors that may affect the preverbal comm-unication skill.Results:1.The skill of turn-taking,auditory attention increase sig-nificantly,and there were statistical significant difference in each stage(p<0.05).Action communication and visual communication score were lower,and there was no statistical significant difference in each stage(p>0.05).2.There was s-tatistical signifficance in preoperative use of hearing aids,preoperative speech r-ehabilitation training,preoperative surgerg ear averrage residual hearing(p<0.05)and there was no statistics significance group of age(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The skill of turn-taking(sound respond)and auditory attention increase signi-fi cantly.children in the preverbal communication period established vocal-audito-r y mode.2.In the analysis of the related factors in preverbel communication ski-11 to find preoperative use of hearing aids,preoperative speech rehabilitation tra-i ning,preoperative surgerg ear averrage residual hearing could influence the dev-elopment of the preverbel communication skill.3.Early discovery,early diagnosis,early intervention,early treatment is conducive to preverbal communication sk-ill development,and lay a good foundationfor the rehabilitation training.
