Micro vessels that involves in the occurrence and develmopent of many diseases and play a referential role in the early warning for disease,indicating a new research in clinical treatment.To discuss the function of micro vessel in organism,foremost,it is required to gather clear microvascular images.Because the physiological activity of the live animals,which lead to difficulties in microvascular imaging.What's more,the quality of imaging becomes poor as noise pollution occurs in the process of image gathering.Based on the previous consideration,this thesis is about how to acquire clear microvascular images.The research process will be done as follow.First of all,microscopic image acquisition system is designed and implemented.Since the physiological activity of live animals themselves make the plain displacement and change the focus.In order to acquire high-quality clear micro vessel images of live animals,it realizes the combination of image acquisition mobile platforms and industrial cameras in computer under Visual Studio 2015.At the same time,it connects the computer with motion controller under the Visual Studio 2015,and controls the mobile platforms and industrial cameras with the help of C++ language programming.second,automatic focusing system is designed and implemented.The stepping motor is introduced in the image acquisition system.Compared with different functions,the variance function is chosen in automatic focusing system,and successive approximation is adopted to access to the sharp focus of the image acquisition.The development of automatic focusing process based on the successive approximation,as well as the application of C++ language programming,lays the foundation for the microvascular image of intelligence gathering.Finally,the micro vessels images is denoised based on the sparse denoising method,the key questions of the research is how to select sparse denoising method for the designning of the dictionary.Through the comparison with the convergence and the atomic number of the dictionary,the K-SVD algorithm would be chosen.Microvascular images could be sparsely denoised by K-SVD algorithm,consequently,the learning dictionary under the K-SVD algorithm has better adaptability.
