| Objective:This study was collected from Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital Department of neurosurgery from January 2014 to June 2016 from the clinical data of 76cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,the main clinical effect on patients with gastrodin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment after operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is discussed,in order to carry out clinical application,as far as possible to improve the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage God level function,reduce the burden of society and family.Methods:from January 2014 to June 2016 in Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Department of Neurosurgery treated hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery patients with a total of 76 cases as the research object,the study group and the control group were randomly divided into two groups,there were 38 cases.Patients enrolled in the group after the doctor given the appropriate basic treatment according to the patient's condition,including dehydration,reducing intracranial pressure,blood pressure control,correction of electrolyte balance,then the implementation of hematoma surgery,surgical approach according to the patient's specific condition to decide according to the patient specific can give big bone flap craniotomy.Micro bone window hematoma surgery approach and YL-1 type of minimally invasive surgical drainage needle.The control group by the doctor according to the conditions of patients given the appropriate basic treatment,while the treatment group in addition to the basic treatment and surgical treatment given to the control group,given the Gastrodin Injection 6ml in the early admission(size 2ml:0.2g)with 250 m of physiological saline L intravenous drip,1 times/d,for the treatment of 21d,the other 1 postoperative bleeding tendency 2 weeks after combined with Danshen injection(10ml/)20~40m L with normal saline or 5%glucose saline 500m L intravenous drip,1 times/d,for the treatment of 14D.After 28days of the two groups of patients with ESS score,GCS score,residual hematoma,clinical curative effect,blood rheology,fluctuations of blood pressure,liver function index,hospitalization time,complications and recurrent bleeding were analyzed.By using the software SPSS20.0 data analysis,two groups of patients with ESS score,GCS score,hematoma volume,blood pressure,blood rheology,liver function index,hospitalization time measurement data by using the standard deviation(_x?_s)said,with t test;clinical curative effect,two groups of patients with various complications and the rebleeding situation with count data the rate(%),X-test,a=0.05 test.Results:the patients in the study group,ESS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),GCS score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),residual hematoma volume was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05),with excellent rate of 71.1%(27/38)was significantly higher than the control group 55.3%(21/38)(P<0.05),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure fluctuations were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,hematocrit,platelet aggregation rate were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),postoperative hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),rebleeding rate was 13.2%(5/38)and the control group 15.8%(6/38)had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:gastrodin plus Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment can effectively improve the curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery,improve the neurological function and blood rheology of patients with postoperative residual hematoma,accelerate the absorption,reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure of patients after surgery,shorten the hospitalization time,rebleeding rate,complications and liver function had no obvious difference after operation.That gastrodin plus Salvia miltiorrhiza on treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is safe and effective,worthy of promotion. |
