Objective: 1.To study the elderly people thaged 60 years and above the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment in MCI,analyze the influencing factors.And compared with healthy people,the characteristics of the MMSE score and blood lipids,provide information for.2.Through the objective system of evaluation on clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of MCI for clinical prevention and etiology of further study of MCI disease,confirmed the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of MCI;summarize the acupuncture treatment of MCI by acupoint,to guide clinical practice.Methods: 1.Clinical investigation from August 2015 to January 2017,the First Affiliated Hospital,Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine health charity hospital,affiliated Ruikang Hospital of medical science,Department of Neurology,Department of acupuncture and community nursing homes in people over 60 years of research,investigated a total of 1046 elderly people.The prevalence statistics prevalence,gender characteristics,analysis the prevalence of risk factors.The investigation in patients with MCI diagnosed 60 cases as case group;randomly selected age-matched healthy elderly people in 60 cases as control group,comparison of MMSE score and blood lipid in two groups of six scores of features.2.Computer retrieval COchrane Library,Pub Med,EMBASE database,Chinese biomedical literature database,ChinaCNKI,VIP database,retrieval,screening,included in standard documents,effective information extraction and the results were evaluated by Revman5.3 system software;the selected by analyzing the rule of point selection.Results: 1.The1046 patients age is from 1 to 60 years or older in the survey,the total prevalence of MCI was 60,the prevalence rate was5.73%,the prevalence of female(6.30%)is higher than the male(5.12%).However,after inspection,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),MCI disease and aging is closely related to the prevalence.The rate of different ages old MCI,after inspection,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05).17.5%;the prevalence of MCI and hypertension,high blood lipid,culture degree of correlation is larger.Case control study showed that the MMSE scores in the two groups,except the name,The ability to repeat statistics and understanding differences between the two groups(P>0.05),there are differences in the rest of the project and the total score of MMSE(P < 0.05),with MCI TG,APO-A,APO-B were higher than that in normal group,the difference was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Screened 8 article by Gwen.MCI analysis shows that acupuncture treatment has better effect than the control group;the summary of commonly used acupuncture in the treatment of MCI for Du meridian,gallbladder,meridian and acupoints.Shaoyin meridian Baihui,Sishencong,Fengchi,shenting,Zusanli,Fenglong,Quchi,Taixi.Conclusions: 1.The prevalence of MCI with age,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,coronary heart disease and the culture degree,the prevalence rate was higher in females than in males;case-control experiments showed that MCI patients with blood lipid levels generallyhigher than the healthy people,MMSE score showed obvious damage characteristics.2.Acupuncture treatment of MCI clinical curative effect and high safety,summed up the acupuncture the treatment of MCI with points of law,provides the basis for the clinical treatment of MCI.
