Clinical Effect For Huoxuequyu Decoction On The Prevention Of Flexor Tendon Adhesions After Tenorrhaphy

Objective:Observe the curative effect of Huoxuequyu Decoction on prevention of Flexor tendon adhesions after tenorrhaphy.Methods:According to include and exclude standards,This study collected 40 patients with tendon digital adhesions after tenorrhaphy who received treatment in hand microsurgical of Osteopath Hospital of Wendeng between December 2015 to June 2016.The participants were allocated randomly into two groups which were experimental group and control group and 20 patients in each group.The control group was given a conventional tendon repair,tenorrhaphy with improved Kessller suture.After tenorrhaphy,patients were given therapy of plaster external fixation,anti-inflammation,improving circulation and so on.On the basis of the above normal processing,experimental group give Huoxuequyu Decoction On the first day after tenorrhaphy.daily 1 package,morning and evening after half an hour warm clothes,each 200 ml,1 week for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Two groups were followed up for 12 weeks,The flexion degrees and straight limited degrees of MP,PIP and DIP of wounded fingers after active exercises were measured after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of tenorrhaphy.the same time to observe the first day,the first week and the first two weeks of injury refers to the swelling,and pain scores.Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0.In descriptive analysis of the sample,the data were expressed using mean(standard deviation),the statistical significance was defined as two-sided Pvalue of<0.05.Results:There was no significant difference in sex,age and injury area between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).At the 4th,8th and 12th week after operation,the total active activities of the two groups were significantly restored,the test group was significantly better than the control group,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);The excellent and good rates of functional activity were 0%,53.5%,67.8%.While the control group affected by functional activities were excellent rate of 0%,23.1%,34.6%.There was no difference in functional activity between the two groups,However,the 8th and 12th week after operation were significantly higher than the control group,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference in the functional activity between the two groups at the 4th week after the external fixation,and the 8th week and the 12th week were significantly better than the control group.There were also significant differences between the two groups during postoperative day 1,the postoperative first week,and the postoperative second week(P<0.05),Indicating that the test group pain,swelling and other symptoms subsided than the control group was obvious.There were no adverse events throughout the trial.Conclusions:Huoxuequyu Decoction on the tendon repair surgery after the main body of the main activity,pain and swelling has improved the role,so as to achieve the clinical effect of preventing tendon adhesions.
