The Cases Analysis In Renal Diabetes Insipidus After Brain Injuried With Literature Review

Objective:Discuss the progress of the diagnosis and treatment in the Renal diabetes insipidus after brain injuried.Methods:analysis the diagnosis and treatment 3 cases of Renal diabetes insipidus after brain injuried patients and review lots of literatures,summarize the progress of the diagnosis and treatment in Renal diabetes insipidus after brain injuried.Results:After2-7 days of brain injuried,3 cases were all showed urine volume increased with the specific gravity of urine is not high,hypernatremia,hyperchloremia and urine osmotic pressure drop(less than 200 mOsm/(kg ·H2O)).The treatment was ineffective that combination with pituitrin,AVP,Hidril,and vasopressin tannate.Urine volume could under control after using druds of NSAIDs.Conclusion:1.After brain injuried,Renal diabetes insipidus should be considered when traditional drugs was ineffective.2.Urine volume could under control after using druds of NSAIDs in Renal diabetes insipidus after brain injuried,especially combine with Hydrochlorothiazide.
