Objective:To research the clinical significance of Biological mesh reconstruction of perineal wounds following laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection(APR)for patients with low rectal cancer. Methods:retrospected the 38 low rectal cancer patients from September,2013 to April,2017 in our department, who have a operation of laparoscopic APR?From the September in2015,we have had 17 laparoscopic APR,with a biological mesh for pelvic floor reconstruction. We regard the as the experimrntal group.Another 21 patients who only have a laparoscopic APR,without a biological mesh for pelvic floor reconstruction,we regard the as the control group..We observer the indicators of time of operation, wound infection, time of stitches removal, the drainage of perineal wounds and hospital stays. Results:Group A have an advantage in less time of stitches removal, the less drainage of perineal wounds and smaller rate of poor healing of perineal wounds(P<0.05).There is no difference in time of operation, blood loss of the operation, hospital stays and time of eating semifluid diet(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients who have a operation of laparoscopic APR,Biological mesh reconstruction of perineal wounds may works on reducing drainage of perineal wounds, promoting healing perineal wounds and reducing the incisional infection rate of the perineal wounds. |
