the same time,the level of children's physical development is an important indicator that measure economic and social development of a country or a region.It affect the quality of the whole nation and national population.The content of human growth and development is widespread and complicated.It has some rules to follow from the big data,but each individual has its own particularity,and influenced by a combination of genetic and acquired at the same time.The purpose of exploring the law of human growth and development is to achieve the guidance of theory to practice,and through summarizing the common law from big data to assess the development level of the individual,and provide guidance of clinic,prevention and psychology,and then maximize individual potential,improve the quality of the human population and the life quality of the individual.China's population of children and adolescents is in large quantities.With the social change and development of economy,the growth and development levels of child and adolescents have changed.Height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity and other basic indicators show a good trend,but it is worth noting that the common diseases situation has not improved like obesity,poor vision.The detection rate of common diseases was rising.Poor vision occurred in the younger-age seriously.So,people from all walks of life need pay attention to growth and development status and trends of child and adolescent at present.ObjectiveThis study aims to summarize the status of the children's growth and development through analyzing the index of children's physical development in Shandong province,to study the growth rate of the children in recent years in Shandong province and changing trend of the growth level and its relationship with the social economic development,to understand the status and regional differences of common disease of children and adolescents in Shandong province,and to offer reference that evaluating junior growth in Shandong province at present,to provide data support that find a growth deviation of children timely and promote the growth of children and adolescents healthily.At the same time,we analyze the change and difference of physical fitness level of children and adolescents in Shandong province and nation in recent years through the comparative study,and estimate the condition of overall growth and development of children and adolescents in Shandong,and put forward suggestions for the healthy development of children and adolescents.Subjects and Methods1 SubjectsThe research data is a part of students of primary and middle school physical examination in Shandong province.We select students aged 7 to 18 who participate in primary and middle school physical examination and has comprehensive data from 17 cities in Shandong province in 2014-2015 years as the research object.The research sample is 5.678 million in 2014 and 8.07 million in 2015.2 Statistical methodsUse SQL Server 2008 database to extract data with classification from original data according to the need,and then set up the database.Use SPSS21.0 to process and analyze the data.The result of the quantitative data is described by mean ?standard deviation(x±s),and the comparison among groups is described by T test and analysis of variance.Qualitative data is expressed by frequency and constituent ratio,and the comparison among groups is described by chi-square test to identify the difference.We measure the correlation between different indexes by computing the correlation coefficient and use P<0.05 to show that has statistical significance.Excel is used to calculate the regional index of difference of common diseases prevalence and analyze the condition of differences.The difference of spatial clustering analysis use SatScan9.4.ArcGIS10.2 is used to draw the map by quintile and analyze the common illness condition of children in various areas.Results1 The status of growth and development of children and adolescentsChildren's height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity,and Ververck index are presented that cities is better than that of countryside,and the eastern region is better than that of the central and western regions in Shandong province.The differences between boys and girls' height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity in urban and rural have the same trend with the boys and girls' height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity growth rate.The urban and rural difference between girls and boys is bigger in the fastest growing phase than others.2 The comparative study of growth indicators in children and adolescents in Shandong province and the national average levelChildren's height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity in Shandong province are better than the national average level in 2014.Among them,the boys'height in each age group is 1.43 cm higher than the average level,and the girls'height in each age group is 1.93 cm higher than the average level.The boys' weight in each age group is 2.61 kg heavier than the average level,and the girls' weight in each age group is 2.39 kg heavier than the average level.The boys' chest circumference in each age group is 1.83 cm higher than the average level,and the girls' chest circumference in each age group is 2.39 cm higher than the average level.The boys' vital capacity in each age group is 116.54 ml higher than the average level,and the girls' vital capacity in each age group is 116.75 ml higher than the average level.The differences in height,weight,vital capacity is larger with the growth of age.It is worth noting that the level of blood pressure of children and adolescents in Shandong province was obviously higher than the national level.3 The status and regional balance of distribution of common diseaseThis study shows that dental caries prevalence rate was 17.53%among children and adolescents in Shandong,and the prevalence rate in rural areas is slightly higher than the city.The prevalence of poor vision,overweight and obesity were 40.97%,26.05%,12.19%,and the prevalence rate in city was higher than in rural areas.Eastern region's prevalence of common disease were higher than the midwest.The developed cities' prevalence of dental caries,poor vision,obesity,overweight and other common diseases is higher than the developing cities.From the difference index and spatial scan statistic analysis shows that the prevalence is different in various regions and area aggregation is significantly,especially in the peninsula.4 The influence of social and economic factors on children and adolescents'growth and developmentThis research shows that GDP,per capita GDP,per capita disposable income and residents' consumption level(absolute value)were positively correlated with the growth and development of children and adolescents and the prevalence of common diseases,with the per capita disposable income of strongest correlation.Conclusion1.According to the survey data in 2015,children's height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity,and Ververck index of city is better than that of countryside in Shandong province,and the eastern region is better than that of the central and western regions.The growth index of the difference between urban and rural areas have the same trend with growth rate.2.Children's height,weight,chest circumference,vital capacity in Shandong province are better than the national average level in 2014.The differences in height,weight,vital capacity increased with the growth of age.It is worth noting that the level of blood pressure of children and adolescents in Shandong province was obviously higher than the national level.3.Children's dental caries,poor vision,overweight,obesity and other common diseases have high prevalence in Shandong province in 2015,especially the poor vision rate.The prevalence of common disease is different
