Objective:To verifing auricular point for sub-health state the clinical effect by using PSQI sleep quality scale,SCL-90 Self-reporting Inventory,CPC sleep quality index and Observation the curative effect. Methods:According to the random number table method,62 cases of insomnia of sub-health state patients are randomly divided into two groups-the control group of 30 cases, and the auricular point group of 32 cases. The control group will not be interfered, and the auricular point group selectes CO15,,AT4,TF4,AT3,AH6.According to its syndrome differentiation to decide add other auricular point or not.Press 4 times a day(after meals and before bed),and for every points press 20times every time,on third days to do treatment to the other ear,9 days for a period of treatment. Before and after treatment and follow-up after in amonth, respectively using PSQI sleep quality scale,SCL-90 Self-reporting Inventory,CPC sleep quality index and indicators are evaluated, and statistical analysis of data.Results:1.The PSQI total score:Comparison between the two group:compared the two groups before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),together with comparability. The two groups after treatment and follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison in the group:blank group contrast before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Ear point group after treatment had significant difference compared with before treatment,follow-up statistical significance(P<0.01),were compared with after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The SCL-90 total score:Comparison between the two group:the two groups before treatment was no difference(P>0.05),together with comparability. The ear point group with blank group after treatment and follow-up comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison in the group:blank group before and after treatment, and follow-up of SCL-90 total score comparison difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Ear point group after treatment compared with before treatment,follow-up SCL-90 total score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The CPC total score:Comparison between the two group:the two groups before treatment was no difference(P>0.05),with neat with comparability; And follow-up after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison in the group:blank is,in the way and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Ear point group after treatment compared with before treatment,follow-up was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The CPC Sleep quality indicators Sleeping time, shallow sleep, wake up/dream time:Comparison between the two group:the two groups before treatment is no statistical difference(P>0.05),together with comparability. Two groups of sleeping time, wake up dream time after treatment,follow-up comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups of shallow sleep time, there was no statistically significant difference,(P>0.05).Comparison in the group:blank group, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Ear point group s in a sleeping time after treatment compared with before treatment,follow-up was statistically significant, respectively is:(P<0.05)and(P<0.01);On wake/dreaming time compared with before treatment, and follow-up after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sub-health state in patients with insomnia have self-improvement tendencies, auricular application pressure can effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia and the physical and mental state, improve the quality of sleep, and have certain forward curative effect.
