Objective:To observe the effects of Gan Lu Xiao Du Fill and its separate prescriptions on splenic interleukin 10(IL-10)and Transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-?)and the relative expression of nuclear factor-KB(NF-?B)in brain tissue in baby rats which were infected with Coxsackie virus 16(CoxA16)to investigate its mechanism underlying anti-inflammatory.Methods The mice were divided into control group,model group,the full formula group,the aromatic residual group(mannose disinfection Dan aromatic dampness pharmaceutical composition),the clear residual group(mannose disinfection Dan Fang Zhongqing heat antidotes composition).The spleen level of IL-10 and TGF-? were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),while the the content of NF-?B protein in brain tissue was determined by Western blot.Result:1.After modeling,compared with the blank group,the body weight,behavior,coat color and neurological function of the mice were significantly changed in the model group,the whole group,the Fang residual group and the hand-foot-mouth disease(HMFD)mice.The levels of IL-10 and TGF-? in spleen tissue were increased,and the expression of NF-?B in brain tissue was up-regulated(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.After treatment,compared with the model group,the body weight,behavior,coat color and nerve function of the mice in the treatment group were significantly improved.The levels of IL-10 and TGF-? in the spleen tissue of the whole group were significantly increased,and the expression of NF-?B in the brain tissue was significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the Fangqi group,(P<0.05).The expression of NF-?B in the brain tissue was decreased and the expression of NF-?B in the brain tissue was decreased(P<0.05),and the expression of NF-?B in the brain tissue was decreased(P<0.05).The expression of TGF-? in the spleen tissue of the whole group was increased and the expression of NF-?B in the brain tissue was decreased(P<0.05).The The treatment group and the model group were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.CoxA16 standard strain strain was rapidly thawed before intraperitoneal injection of 20 ul can make ICR purebred mice infected with CoxA16,by virus particles detection and observation of mouse weight,behavior,coat color,nerve function,etc.,in line with infected CoxA16 mouse model;2.Mannose disinfection Dan and demolition party CoxA16 infection in a mouse model of IL-1,TGF-?;3.Mannose disinfection Dan inhibition of NF-?B protein expression is suppressed by enhancing the anti-inflammatory cytokine response to anti-inflammatory effect of Coxsackie virus 16.
