Clinical And Etiological Study Of Infection After Renal Transplantation

ObjectivesTo investigate the clinical characteristics of infection after renal transplantation in our hospital.To improve the cure rate of infection after renal transplantation and to improve the prognosis of the recipientsMethodsData of 124 infected patients who were admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 after renal transplantation were collected.The time of infection,the location of infection,the program of immunosuppression,the concentration of immunosuppressive drugs,the laboratory test results and the data of etiological examination were retrospectively analyzed.Analysis of pneumonia,severe pneumonia and bacterial resistance after renal transplantation.ResultsThere were 166 infections in 124 patients after renal transplantation,and 16 of them had at least 2 infections(16.8%).84 cases of pneumonia after renal transplantation occurred most frequently 2?6 months after operation.40 cases were confirmed by etiological diagnosis(46.4%).Bacterial infection was the most common(35%),followed by mixed infection(22.5%)and cytomegalovirus infection(20%).Postoperative 2 to June was the period of high incidence of severe pulmonary infection.Of the 10 cases,the diagnosis of pathogens was definite(58.82%),bacterial infection was 4 cases(23.53%),mixed infection was 3 cases(17.65%),fungal infection was 2 cases(11.77%).ConclusionsAs a common site of respiratory tract and urinary tract infection after renal transplantation,renal transplantation after infection occurs most often in 2?6 months after operation,pneumonia in different periods have different clinical characteristics,pathogen bacteria,bacteria and the antibiotic resistance are serious.
