Purpose: To explore the clinical efficacy of simultaneous placement of implants using the sinus floor elevation technique in the maxillary posterior region with Severe Residual Bone deficiency.Metheds: Forty-two patients were applied the procedure of Simultaneous Implantation of 85 implants after the maxillary sinus floor Elevation using Ultrasonic bone knife,Before Operation CBCT showed that the implants with maxillary sinus vertical height of 2-3mm were divided into the experimental group(n=53),the rest were as the control group(n=32).Crown was restored in 6 months after surgery. The follow-up period was 24 months,Clinical examination and CBCT measurements were performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: After 2 year, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the rate and stability of the implant. In follow-up the implant survival rate of the experimental group was 98.11%.Conclusion: The Simultaneous Implant Placements after Sinus Floor Elevation could obtain satisfactory clinical effect in the maxillary posterior region with Severe Residual Bone deficiency. |
