Objective:To observe and evaluate TST33mega-WS in clinical effectiveness, safety and recurrence in the treatment of hemorrhoids prolapse. Methods:A randomized study was made in 120 patients with hemorrhoids prolapse. The study group (60 cases) received the treatment of TST33mega-WS and the control group(60 cases) received the treatment of TST33. Observe and evaluate the treatment effect and complications, judgment about the safety and efficacy of TST33mega-WS.Results:Two surgical procedures have achieved the same clincal effect. Between two groups, there were not statistically signficant differences in the time of hemostasis intraoperation, operatio and hospital stays, as well as in intraoperative anastomotic suturing hemostasis, the feeling of the first postoperative defecation and anal pain, postoperative bleeding, postoperative urine situation, rectum stenosis (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between two groups (P>0.05), But, there were signficant differences in surgical removal of the specimen quality, size and 6 months follow-up relapse (P <0.05).Conclusion:TST33mega-WS treating for hemorrhoids prolapse is a technique with reliable and safety. It has the advantage of much capacity of resection specimen and low postoperative recurrence rate.
