Objective:This study aims to explore chronic renal failure complicated with hyperphosphatemia in non dialysis patients with TCM syndrome distribution, and to study the relevance between the TCM syndrome type and laboratory indexes, for chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia in patients with non dialysis provide according to the objective syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:The study on chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia in patients with non dialysis patients as the research object, using cross-sectional survey of experimental design, collection of 132 patients with, according to the standard of TCM syndrome points for different syndromes, and collection of serum creatinine, serum calcium, serum phosphorus estimated glomerular filtration rate, hemoglobin, serum albumin, promote parathyroid hormone and laboratory test results, on chronic renal failure of TCM syndrome type distribution and TCM syndrome type and the above laboratory results of correlation were statistically analyzed.Results:1.The distribution of TCM deficient syndrome of CRF hyperphosphatemia in non dialysis patients is the largest in qi deficiency, accounting for 52.27%,The second is Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency syndrome is rare?Dampness syndromeis the largest in excess deficiency, accounting for 33.33%, followed by blood stasis syndrome, damp heat syndrome, turbidity toxin is rare, some patients had no obvious excess syndromes.2.With the decline of renal function, chronic renal failure patients with high phosphorus in non dialysis patients with blood phosphorus levels were elevated, when the CKD reached 4 after the blood phosphorus level increased significantly.3.CRF patients with high phosphorus in patients with non dialysis between the different types of deficiency syndrome, Blood phosphorus level blood deficiency syndrome> Yin deficiency syndrome> Yang Deficiency Syndrome> qi deficiency syndrome, but the difference was not statistically significant difference.4.Chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia in dialysis patients with blood deficiency syndrome of blood creatinine, eGFR, hemoglobin, serum calcium are associated with other syndromes have significant differences, so can to be above index as a reference index of blood deficiency syndrome in the clinical syndrome. Conclusion:Chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia in non dialysis patients with the deficiency syndromes qi deficiency is the most common. Chronic renal failure complicated with high phosphorus acidemia non dialysis patients with syndrome of deficiency of blood and serum creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate, hemoglobin, serum calcium, parathyroid hormone and serum albumin and other laboratory indexes between exist certain correlation.
