Objective:Use the infrared thermal imaging technology to explore the facial visual feature of the phlegm heat type insomnia patients.Methods:From the phlegm heat type insomnia patients whose meet the inclusion criteria,30 cases were randomly selected as the experimental group.30 cases were randomly selected from healthy people as control group. Firstly, acquire the PSQI score and infrared images of the experimental group and infrared images of control group. Then the experimental group was treated with acupuncture. After acupuncture treatment, acquire the PSQI score and infrared images of the experimental group.Do a straight line as the two Sibai in the infrared images collected on the face, to the line as a dividing line.The area above the straight line is the observation area A and the following area is the observation area B. Was measured by infrared thermography analysis software is used to observe average temperature of the observation area A and B. Finally, Draw result through the statistical analysis of the PSQI score, the average temperature of the observation area B and the observation area A, and then draw the corresponding conclusions from the results.Results:1) Before treatment, the difference between the average temperature of the observation area A and B of the experimental group was statistically significant (P< 0.05),and the difference between the average temperature of the observation area A and B of the control group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).2) the difference of PSQI before and after acupuncture treatment in the experimental group was statistically significant (P<0.05).3) before treatment, experimental group and control group, the difference of average temperature of the observation area A and B, the differences was statistical significance (P< 0.05).4)The difference between the average temperature in the observation area A which before and after acupuncture treatment in the experimental group was statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference between the average temperature in the observation area B which before and after acupuncture treatment in the experimental group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1)The facial infrared images of phlegm heat type insomnia patients has certain features:roughly form like "upper heat and lower cold". And the healthy people did not find this feature.2) After acupuncture treatment, the facial infrared images of the phlegm heat type insomnia patients has a change:the average temperature of observation area A decreases, and the average temperature of observation area B had no obvious change. |
