In traditional Chinese medicine, acne Vulgaris is also known as lung-wind acne, pimples, whelk, comedo, etc,it is a chronic inflammatory disease of hair follicle and sebaceous glands, mostly appears in the youth face, chest, the hair follicles of the back and the sebaceous glands, and because of the jams between sebaceous glands and hair follicle, causing poor secretion of the sebum, then it appears pustules, blains nodules,and cysts. Since the society is more and more rigid in looks, acne receive more attention at the same time.This article summarized the clinical curative effect of acne treatment from the angle of Pi from my tutor-professor Yue,analyzing the causes, locations, pathological products, pathogenesis, characters,therapys and prescription to observe the clinical curative effect of oraling "Prescription of Strengthening spleen and eliminating acne" in Pixu shire syndrome.Firstly;the experience summary:Hot and humid place, inordinate eating pat terns, poor habits, poor emotions, they totally injury taste,then the spleen lost keys, brewed in wet, both the inside and outside wet invade the origin, turning into cold or heat,along with the constitution, the hot-damp invade muscle an d striae,then emit through skin into acne.The disease location mastered in the spleen, associated with lung, heart, liver, lung, kidney, and the pathogenesis w as Pixu shire, so my tutor invented a prescription named "Prescription of Stren gthening spleen and eliminating acne" to strengthen spleen,defuse wet, detoxif y and eliminating stagnation.The clinical practice shows that the prescription h as a prominent effect to treat acne.Secondly;the clinical curative effect observation:Objective:Through observing the clinical curative effect of oraling "Prescription of Strengthening spleen and eliminating acnee" joint topicaling clindamycin gelatin and turmeric liniment in Pixu shire syndrome, to Investigate the mechanism of acne treatment from the angle of Pi to provide more directionsMethods:To observe the endocrinologist outpatients in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2014 to December 2015, choose 71 Patients with acne of Pixu shire syndrome according to the inclusion criteria, the exclusion criteria and the principle of grading,there clinical expression were oily skin, facial acne along with itching or paining, with the cardinal symptoms were papules, pustules, and secondary symptoms were fatigue,weak, face color in red, diarrhea or constipation, indented or fat big tongue in red color and yellow greasy coat, weakness or string pulse. It was divided into two groups at random,37 cases of treatment group and 34 cases of control group.The treatment goup oral "Prescription of Strengthening spleen and eliminating acne" and received drugs for external use, after cleansing, use a suitable amount of clindamycin gelatin with pustules, dip right amount turmeric liniment in the rest of the parts,2 times a day. The control group received drugs for external use only,the method was same.The basic components of "Decoction of eliminating acne from Dr.Yue" were:ginseng 15g, fried atractylodes 15g,Poria cocos 15g, licorice 10g, white mulberry root-bark 15g, Scutellaria baicalensis 15g, Oldenlandia diffusa 20g,fructus forsythiae 15g,Caulis Spatholobi 30g,moutan bark 15g,Thunberg Fritillary Bulb 15g,spina gleditsiae 15g,pericarpium citri reticulatae 15g,semen coicis 20g,mustard 10g.Boiled them together, each pay for medicine took 300ml,100ml each time,3 times a day and stay on 8 weeks. Observed the skin lesion score, symptom score of TCM and the total score at the first time,4 week,6 week and 8 week, then determined the curative effect according to nim horizon formula.Results:1.The treatment group of 37 cases:12 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly improved, improved in 7 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the cure rate was 32.43% and the total effective rate was 94.59%.1 case of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 8.32%; The control group of 34 cases,:3 cases were cured,3 cases had marked effect, improved in 20 cases,8 cases had no effect, the recovery rate was 8.82% and the total effective rate was 76.47%,2 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 66.67%. Comparing the cure rate and total effective rate of two groups (P< 0.05). the difference was statistically significant.2.The skin conditions and TCM symptoms has better effect in treatment group, especially for the improvement of TCM symptoms such as fatigue and weak, diarrhea, coating on the tongue, pulse condition and tongue shape.3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 8.33% and the control group was 8.33%, the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of oraling "Prescription of Strengthening spleen and eliminating acne" joint topicaling clindamycin gelatin and turmeric liniment in Pixu shire syndrome is reliable and the recurrence rate is low.And it can be used as one of the effective prescription for the treatment of acne in Pixu shire syndrome.The skin conditions and TCM symptoms has better effect by using "Prescription of Strengthening spleen and eliminating acne", especially for the improvement of TCM symptoms such as fatigue and weak, diarrhea, coating on the tongue, pulse condition and tongue shape.The method of treating acne from spleen is effective and practicable,it is a new idea in treating acne.so it is worth learning and inheriting.
