Object: Infertility has increased trend in the world,which involved many couple.There is high incidence of infertility in China.Tubal infertility accounts for a large proportion.The aim of our study is to investigate the reproductive tract diseases and related factors in patients with tubal infertility,analysis difference of vaginal flora between healthy women and tubal infertility.Methods: patients of tubal infertility from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University reproductive center were conducted a questionnaire survey.Routine gynecological examination,screening and collection of tubal infertility patients and health women of childbearing age of vagina secretion samples,extraction of total genomic DNA of 16 SrRNA gene were amplified.All PCR products were sequenced by Illumina Miseq,and then performed the analysis of alpha and beta diversity.Results: 1)The patients with tubal infertility are related to the number of times of abortion,economic level,education of the patient and spouse and physical examination awareness;2)The bacterium of Vaginal secretions of healthy women accounted for more than 90% of lactic acid bacteria,lactic acid bacteria and lactic acid bacteria,Streptococcus and other bacteria exist.The Alpha diversity and Beta diversity of vaginal flora were significantly changed in the patients with tubal infertility(P <0.001).Beta diversity showed a significant reduction in Lactobacillus,the relative proportion from 45% to 0.4%,mainly to inert Lactobacillus,while relative richness of Gardnerella,Prevotella,aeromonas,micro Genera,Listeria and others increased.Conclusion: The vaginal floras of healthy women of childbearing age dominated as Lactobacillus,inert lactobacilli or curly lactobacilli,and coexist with a variety of microorganisms.The vaginal flora of most patients with tubal infertility showed significantly reduced the abundance of Lactobacillus,accompanied with Gardiner's bacteria increased.
