[Purpose]By comparing the three different methods in the identification of bacterial food poisoning,to provide some reference for the identification of bacterial food poisoning in primary health department, and provide some help for clinical treatment and foodborne illness control.[Method]112 retention samples of patients in 14 bacterial food poisoning cases were selected, and the bacteria were identified by 3 different methods:1.direct isolation and culture by selective plate,2.bacteria enrichment, isolation and culture by selective plate,3.rapid detection of bacteria by PCR.Test results were analyzed and discussed, and finally draw conclusions.[Results]14 cases of food poisoning, direct separation method detected 9 cases, the detection rate was 64.3%;12 cases were detected by the method of separation after bacteria enrichment, the detection rate was 85.7%,11 cases were detected by PCR method, the detection rate was 78.6%.On the fifth day of the experiment, all the experiments were completed and 13 cases were detected. The detection rate was 92.9%,of which 11 cases were detected on the first day of the experiment, the detection rate was 78.6%,accounted for 84.6%of the total number of detected cases.12 cases were detected within 3 days, the detection rate was 85.7%,accounted for 92.3%of the total number of detected cases.[Conclusion]Through the research on this project,we found that the detection time of the direct separation method is relatively short, but the miss rate is high;the detection rate of enrichment and separate method is high, but takes too much time;PCR method is high sensitive, but has certain limitations. Many basic units do not have a PCR.Synthesize the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, comprehensive application of different methods in different situations, can help all kinds of primary health departments shorten food poisoning incident pathogen detection time and improve the detection rate.
