The Value Of Shen Fu Injection For The Treatment Of Peripartum Cardiomyopathy With Blood-stasis Obstruction: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective:to observe the value of Shen Fu Injection on inpriving Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) patients cardiac function, clinical therapeutic effect,and to compare the blood level of hs-CRP?BNP?NT-proBNP after treating with Shen Fu InjectionMethods:48 peripartum cardiomyopathy patients were included in our study,and seperated randomly into two groups, the control group (treated withwestern medical therapy),and the treatment group (exected therapy of Shen Fu Injection 100mL qd), take 4 weeks as one course of treatment.The therapeutic effect were evaluated by observing NYHA score, clinical therapeutic effect, LVEF% and CI in echocardiogram, then the blood level of hs-CRP?BNP? NT-proBNP after treating with Shen Fu Injection.Results:1. Totle treatment effect comparison:The totle treatment effect of Peripartum cardiomyopathy were 95.65% and 77.27% in the treatment group and the control group,seperately, difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05), suggesting that the treatment group has a better effect on treating Peripartum cardiomyopathy with Shen Fu Injection and get a better clinical control effect than the control group.2. LVEF% and CI comparison:LVEF% and CI in echocardiogram were compared between prior treatment and posttreatment (four weeks later), difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) in both treatment group and control group, suggesting that LVEF% and CI can be reduced in both two groups; LVEF% was compared posttreatment between the two groups, difference were statistically significant (p<0.05),but not in CI comparasion.3. hs-CRP?BNP?NT-proBNP: hs-CRP?BNP?NT-proBNP was compared between prior treatment and posttreatment, difference were statistically significant (p<0.05), suggesting that neurologic impairment score can be improved in both two groups; BNP and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups in the same time (four weeks after treatment), difference were statistically significant (p<0.05),however, hs-CRP level was not showing statistically significant (p>0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:Shen Fu Injection can significantly improve Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) patients cardiac function, and own effectively clinical therapeutic effect, what's more, Shen Fu Injection can correct BNP?NT-proBNP for Peripartum cardiomyopathy patients however, hs-CRP level is not effective.
