Objective To investigate the rehabilitation Angongniuhuangwan on the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 132 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups according to the standard of study. After admission, GCS scores of the patients were evaluated. The patients in the control group were treated with routine neurosurgery. The treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group. To Angongniuhuang Pill for 14 days. After 14 days of rehabilitation intervention, patients were rehabilitated, the rehabilitation treatment after January, February, March after rehabilitation evaluation, assessment of content, including GCS, MMSE, FMA, ADL, GOS, etc. And clinical data were analyzed and compared before and after treatment group. the group within the clinical symptom score for statistical analvsis.Results After treatment, the level of consciousness, cognitive function, limb function and daily living ability of the two groups were improved compared with rehabilitation intervention. Rehabilitation score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, more conducive to the recovery of patients. The overall prognosis of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.31%. which was better than that of the control group (74.54%) (P<0.05). The treatment group was more favorable to the improvement of symptoms.Conclusion Angongniuhuangwan in patients with severe craniocerebral injury to wake up the role of long-term awareness of the patient level, limb function, practical ability to improve daily life, it is worth to further promote the use of clinical.
