| Objective Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)causes are diverse,now think that could be a variety of environmental factors and the body's own factors caused the result of the long-term interaction.Western medicine treatment due to its causes of uncertainty,mainly to improve symptoms,this article from the perspective of Chinese medicine to observe "lungs heaving ning" through "the centralizer,phlegm,invigorate the circulation" and so on methods to treat the disease curative effect,and from the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacological research to explore the “fei-zhang-ning” treatment of the disease mechanism,to provide a new clinical therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd).Methods 1.This study collected 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd),cases source derived from respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service,hubei province in September 2014-September 2016 clinic patients.All cases were confirmed by lung function testing for critically ill patients,TCM syndrome differentiation of lung qi deficiency,deficiency,kidney deficiency,sputum silt resistance type.In patients in clinic order can be divided into two groups: treatment group(32 cases,28 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients with basic information(age,gender,duration),into the group of former m MRC grading and acute attack number of times a year(at the same time),there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.The treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine "lungs heaving ning"(astragalus,atractylodes,milkvetch seed,radix scutellariae,white mulberry root-bark,poria cocos,Perilla,radish seed,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,coltsfoot flower,phlegm,fructus schisandrae,angelica,etc),the party of tutor experience.Methods: taking medicinal broth of oral Chinese medicine,200 ml each time,2 times a day,according to the constitution of clinical add and subtract.3.The control group to consult bromide inhaled,18 ug,every early.Nimesulide overlapping fluticasone salmeterol(hydrochloric acid)50/250 in ug,2 times a day,in the morning and rinse your mouth after(suction)at a time.Two groups of total course for half a year,every 2 months follow-up of patients.4.Respectively statistics m MRC stage,after treatment in patients with acute episodes,TCM syndrome curative effect,life quality score.5.All materials used SPSS19.0 software processing relevant data,categorical data by chi-square test,measurement data using t test,rank data with rank and inspection.Results: 1Increase risk,and the evaluation of the symptoms 6 month after treatment by comparing the treatment group and control group in patients with acute aggravating frequently and disease severity in patients with copd stabilization m MRC for a comprehensive evaluation.This experiment select patients for Mr Pred FEV1 % < 50%(gold: 3-4)patients,that is greater than or equal to 2 times of exacerbations,m MRC level greater than or equal to 2 for the high risk,more patients with symptoms.Acute exacerbation is less than 2 times,m MRC is less than level 2 for low risk,patients with fewer symptoms.Data can be found from the experiment contrast,experimental m MRC and the mean number of acute control under 2,after treatment with statistical inspection,controlling symptoms and acute effect is stronger than before treatment(p<0.05).The treatment group compared with control group,treatment group control symptoms and acute effect is better than the control group(p<0.05).2.The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation,using the algorithm of nim horizon data by statistical tests of two groups,the treatment group curative effect of TCM symptoms 80.6% higher than that of control group in the control group 77.7%,and 35.48% efficiency is 35.48% higher than the control group.The treatment group to improve syndrome efficient is better than the control group(p < 0.05).3.The quality of life evaluation score improving treatment with t test to compare the two groups before and after the treatment life ratings,was to improve the(p < 0.05),can be thought of as two groups of treatment all can improve the quality score.Compared two groups of symptoms and signs improved after treatment,the treatment group curative effect is higher than the control group(p<0.05).CONCLUSIONThis experiment through the study of “fei-zhang-ning",observed before and after treatment in patients with respiratory symptoms,frequency,quality of life,and many other indicators as well as to the “fei-zhang-ning” modern pharmacological research,found that the “fei-zhang-ning” can be adjusted through the body's immune function,enhance the nutrition,improve hypoxia state,delay the airway remodelling,improve blood circulation,prevention and treatment of pulmonary vascular lesions such as mechanism,so as to effectively improve the symptoms of patients with copd,stable condition,prevent acute episodes,which provides a new treatment for patients with copd stabilization. |
