| ObjectivesBushenquyu therapeutic schedule is the clinical summary by jiakang Li,Who is the famous professor and chief Physician of traditional Chinese medicine,have accumulated over 40 years.This study adopts bushenquyu therapeutic schedule for treating knee osteoarthritis and compared with ordinary acupuncture,by comparing the indexes before and after acupuncture Which can evaluate the curative effect,to further summarize professor Li's clinical experience and academic thought and clinical apply.Methods1.Selecting 64 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in the hospital in hubei province acupuncture clinic with acupuncture the inpatient in 2014.12-2016.9,The random control study method will be incorporated into the subjects were randomly divided into acupuncture group of invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood and routine local acupuncture group,32 cases in each group.Bushenquyu acupuncture group acupuncture for Xuanzhong,Dazhu,Shenshu,Taixi,Yin Valley,Geshu,Zusanli,Xuehai,Neixiyan,Dubi and Yanglingquan.Operation method: Dazhu,Shenshu and Geshu acupuncture point by fast insertion,Dazhu and Shenshu for lifting thrusting twirling reinforcing manipulation 3 times for each hole,Geshu for 0.8 inch line(oblique insertion)with twisting reducing method 3 times.Manual after the needle.Tell patients siting position,acupuncture other acupoints,It uses the conventional needling method that is mild reinforcing and attenuating.Conventional local acupuncture group: Neixiyan,Dubi,Xuehai,Liangqiu,Xiyangguan,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,yinlingquan,Heding.It uses the conventional needling method that is mild reinforcing and attenuating,the needle directly removed.Each patient treatment time is 30 minutes,for 3 times a week,2 weeks for 1 courses,a total of 2 courses of treatment.After the end of treatment were followed up at the end of third,Records in the two groups before and after the treatment of pain VAS scores WOMAC osteoarthritis score vision Lower limb function LEFS function score,observe the clinical effects of contrast two treatments.Recorded after 3 months follow-up wet WOMAC osteoarthritis score.Results1.Before treatment,invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis group and the routine acupuncture group were divided into two groups according to sex,age,course of disease,syndrome,BMI body mass index,K&L-X-ray joint index,VAS score,WOMAC score,lefs score of lower limb function,the statistics were not statistically significant,indicating that the clinical baseline data between the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of VAS scoreThe results of VAS score showed that bushenquyu acupuncture group before and after treatment,compared to each other,there was significant difference(P<0.05);Compared the treatment of conventional acupuncture group before treatment and after,there was significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,bushenquyu acupuncture group compared with the conventional local acupuncture group,there was significant the difference(P<0.05).3.Comparison of WOMAC scoreThe results of WOMAC score showed that bushenquyu acupuncture group before and after treatment,compared to each other,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared the treatment of conventional acupuncture group before treatment and after,there was significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,bushenquyu acupuncture group compared with the conventional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of lefs score of lower limb functionThe results of lefs score showed that bushenquyu acupuncture group before and after treatment,compared to each other,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared the treatment of conventional acupuncture group before treatment and after,there was significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,bushenquyu acupuncture group compared with the conventional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).5.Curative effect comparisonThe effective rate of the acupuncture group was 86.67%,and the effective rate of the routine acupuncture group was 80%,The rank and inspection,p value is 0.044,P<0.05.The curative effect between the two groups of comparable6.follow-upFollow up was performed 3 months after treatment,bushenquyu acupuncture group compared with the conventional acupuncture group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Compared with routine acupuncture group,the treatment group was better than the routine acupuncture group.(2)Compared with the routine acupuncture group,the treatment group was more effective than the conventional acupuncture group.(3)Compared with the routine acupuncture group,the invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis acupuncture group had better effect on improving the function of lower limbs.(4)Compared with the routine acupuncture group,the total effective rate of the invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis acupuncture group was more obvious.(5)Compared with the routine acupuncture group,the long term effect of the invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group. |
