Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis With Combination Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine Triple Therapy

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of local injection of hormones combined with Traditional Chinese medicine external treatmentand ear acupoints Treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis.To explore the mechanism of triple therapy and analyse the basis of the treatment.Assess the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.Give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.To Explore new ideas for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with integra ted traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:Collecting 67 cases of patients with subacute thyroiditis in line with diagnostic criteria.Then,dividing them into two groups randomly According to different treatment methods(The therapy group and the control group),the 37 patients of therapy group are all used of local injection of hormones combined with traditional Chinese medicine-Jin Huang Xiaoying cream external treatmentand ear acupoints triple therapy treatment;The 30 patients of control group was only used the method local injection of hormones,which the method of treatment,drug dose and treatment time are the same as the therapy group,and two groups both take two months for the observation cycle.To observe the indicators of two groups,results of thyroid function(including the Free triiodothy ronine,Free thyroxine and Thyroid stimulating hormone),Erythrocyte sedimenta-tion rate and Thyroid color Doppler(Changes in the size of the hypoechoic region and the Blood flow)ultrasound before and after treatment.To observe the degree of goiter ease situation.To observe the remission of clinical(Heat condition,thyroid Swollen and pain)and the possible adverse reactions.To understand the recurrence,we will track the cured patients three months after the completion of the treatment.And evaluate the efficacy Through the results.At last,use the statistical method to analyze the corresponding data.Results:(1)Through the analysis of clinical symptoms score of traditional Chinese medicine can be seen:Two treatment options both have a good effect on improving clinical Symptoms and signs(p<0.01),but the treatment group was more effective in improving overall efficacy and this method is more meaningful in clinical treatment(p<0.05).(2)Through the comparative analysis of clinical physical and chemical indicators can be seen:two treatment options in the rest-oration of physical and chemical indicators of the clinical efficacy of the exact(p<0.01).But the treatment group in promoting erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the thyroid color superficial recovery is better than the control group(p<0.05).(3)By observing the degree of goiter ease situation according to the results: two methods of treatment can alleviate the condi-ion(p<0.01),but the treament group is better then the control group(p<0.05).(4)Through the two groups of patients with fever,thyroid swollen and pain regression time analysis results show that the treatment can be more effective in shortening fever,thyroid swollen and pain and other clinical symptoms of remission time.(5)Through the comparative analysis of clinical efficiency statistics,we can see that in the same course of treatment,the treatment group of clinical efficacy is higher.Indicating that the treatment group treatment program is more superior.At the same time,The same group,the longer course of treatment,the better the effect.(6)Through the observation of adverse reactions and the recur-rence of the situation can be seen two groups of patients in the course of treatment were no significant adverse reactions,in the control group,only 4 patients had recurrence after 3 months of treatment,There was no recurrence in the treatmentgroup.Indicating that the treatment method is safe and effective.Conclusion:Local injection of hormones,Chinese medicine topical,ear acupoints triple therapy In improving the clinical symptoms of patients with sublethalitis,Restore physical and chemical indica-tors(Including thyroid function,color Doppler ultrasound and erythrocyte sedimentation rate)and reduce the recurrence rate and so on are better than the use of local hormone injection therapy,And have less adverse reactions.Indicating that the treatment of tra-ditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sub-inflammation has a significant feature,and highlight the clinical advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine at the same time.
