Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Relapse Factors In Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Recurrence

Objective: Through retrospective study,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)relapse and the common factors causing recurrence of the disease were discussed,then guide the recurrence of TCM syndrome differentiation,and improve the recurrence of disease factors.Methods: Collected the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine of nephropathy and Department of Rheumatology from 2010 01 to December 2015 were patients with SLE.The clinical data of the patients were collected through medical records retrieval and telephone follow-up,including name,gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndromes,clinical manifestation,recurrence of the disease predisposing factors,laboratory examination results.Then for the SLEDAI score,were screened in accordance with the inclusion criteria of the inpatients were 236 cases.To summarize the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and to analyze the common factors of recurrence.Results: ? There were 35 male patients(14.83%)and 201 females(85.17%)with recurrent SLE in 236 cases.The youngest was 15 years old,the maximum was at the age of 69 years,with an average age of 26.8±14.6.? 236 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with recurrent disease in the clinical manifestations of kidney damage,skin rash,blood system damage is more common,accounting for 70.76%,44.07%,36.44%.?Including 236 cases of patients with SLE recurrence causes: 84 cases of infection(35.59%),to deactivate glucocorticoids and(or)immunosuppression was induced in 76 patients(32.20%),12 cases of pregnancy induced(5.08%),10 cases(4.24%)induced fatigue,6 cases(2.54%),the sun induced no inducement of the 48 patients(20.34%).? 236 cases of patients with TCM syndrome type distribution of recurrent SLE manifestations: 56 cases of YDHS,(23.73%),reduchishen syndrome 48 cases(20.34%),26 cases of rheumatic fever arthralgia(11.02%),84 cases of spleen kidney yang deficiency(35.59%),12 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome(5.08%),blood stasis the heat stagnation syndrome 6 cases(2.54%),4 cases of deficiency of Qi and blood of two(1.69%).? Distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of different disease activity in patients with mild disease activity: with Yin deficiency syndrome,is a moderate disease activity in spleen and kidney syndrome,severe disease activity is reduchishen syndrome.Conclusion:? The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with different degrees of disease activity in different SLE TCM syndrome type in patients with recurrent spleen kidney yang deficiency,then there are the more common rheumatic fever arthralgia syndrome and heat toxin syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome.? The main reason leading to the recurrence of SLE is closely related to the infection and the medical compliance of the patients.
