Research On The Application Of 3D Printing Osteotomy Template In The Accurate Operation Of Knee Joint

Objective:1.To explore the clinical efficacy of the individual osteotomy navigation template in the treatment of knee replacement surgery and traditional replacement surgery;2.To find out a kind of TKA operation mode which is suitable for popularization and standardization.Methods:Twenty patients with Twenty-one knees severe knee underwent total knee arthroplasty with customized 3D osteotomy template(3D group).The patients were selected from Guizhou Osteological Hospital from June 2015 to December 2016.At the same time,twenty patients with Twenty-two knees severe knee underwent total knee arthroplasty with traditional surgery(Traditional group).There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,preoperative imaging(X-ray)of the femoral shaft and the mechanical axis of the tibia(hip-knee-ankle angle),postoperative tibial inclination angle,preoperative HSS score;Recorded the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative wound drainage,postoperative hip knee ankle angle and HSS score at the third month after operation of the two groups.Results:The dominant bleeding was(259.5±40.4)ml in 3D group and(396.8±50.8)ml in traditional group,and it was statistically significant.The postoperative hip-knee-ankle angle was(1.01±0.33)°in 3D group and(2.32±0.47)°in traditional group;and postoperative tibial inclination angle was(2.93±0.08)°in 3D group and(4.02±0.41)°in traditional group;both all had statistically significant.The HSS score at the third month after operation was was(92.7±0.2)in 3D group and(91.0±0.5)in traditional group;and it was statistically significant.Conclusion:The 3D printing osteotomy template assisted knee surgery is simple,can improve the accuracy of lower limb force line,shorten the operation time,reduce bleeding,good function and other advantages,suitable for popularization.
