Objective:Due to the differences of language and culture between ancient and modern times, the modern medical circles had a certain subjectivity in the process of studying and drawing on ancient documents.Cognitive impairment was a common disease in clinic, especially in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture treatment was effective, however the clinical syndrome differentiation was difficult, and there was no accurate treatment plan,Therefore, from the point of view of literature research, this paper uses statistical methods to analyze whether the descriptions of cognitive diseases were similar or similar,It provides a direction for modern doctors to study cognitive disorders, and provides a certain documentation basis for the formulation of clinical treatment programs.Method:This article mainly selected five ancient mental diseases from ancient acupuncture andmoxibustion medical books and ancient medical books containing acupuncture direction,Finding out the symptom terms of the five mental symptoms and the frequency of the symptom terms; The study of modern literature mainly fund out three kinds of cognitive disorders from the key modern medical books promulgated by the state, and acupuncture and moxibustion were used to treat mild cognitive impairment, vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease, and To sort out the related clinical manifestations and symptom terms. And Classification and division for the ancient and modern symptom terms.According to?The classic Chinese Medical Dictionary?and? The Encyclopedia of traditional Chinese medicine?,the expressions of ancient symptoms were expressed in the corresponding modern vocabulary. It will then be analyzed and integrated with modern cognitive impairment symptomatic terms,By means of statistical correlation analysis, the five ancient diseases were analyzed statistically with three modern diseases. If P<0.05,then the two have statistical significance,so the description of the term "ancient and modern" could be the same disease; If P>0.05,then the two had no statistical significance, that is to say,the two symptom terms might not be the same. This study provides new researched directions and ideas for the study of cognitive disorders in modern clinical practice, which provided valuable experience for the formulation of clinical treatment programs.Result:1 The statistical findings of amnesia and mild cognitive impairment and vascular dementia were all ancient symptom grade vs the modern symptom grade was P>0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade P>0.05;The association between amnesia and Alzheimer's disease results in an ancient symptom grade vs in the modern symptom class was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P>0.05;2..The statistical outcome of dementia and mild cognitive impairment is the ancient symptom grade vs the modern symptom class was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P>0.05;The association between dementia and vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease results was in an ancient symptom grade vs and a modern symptom class was P>0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P>0.05;3 The statistical result of epilepsy and mild cognitive impairment was the ancient symptom grade vs,and the modern symptom grade was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P>0.05;The statistical result of epilepsy and vascular dementia was the ancient symptom grade vs the modern symptom class was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P<0.05;The association between epilepsy and Alzheimer's disease results was in an ancient symptom grade vs and a modern symptom class was P>0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P<0.05;The statistical result of mad illness and mild cognitive impairment was the ancient symptom grade vs the modern symptom class was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P<0.05;The statistical result of mania and vascular dementia was the ancient symptom grade vs the modern symptom class was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P>0.05;The association between mania and Alzheimer's disease results was in an ancient symptom grade vs and modern symptom grade was P>0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modem symptom grade was P>0.05;The statistical results of epilepsy and mild cognitive impairment, vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease was all ancient symptom grade vs and the modern symptom grade was P<0.05,Frequency(ancient symptom frequency)vs modern symptom grade was P<0.05.Conclusion:1 The ancients described amnesia is Alzheimer's disease, rather than mild cognitive impairment and vascular dementia;2 The ancients described dementia is mild cognitive impairment, rather than vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease;3 The ancients described Epilepsy,Mad disease,Chronic disease may not be expressed in modem literature of mental diseases, but is related to cognitive impairment of consciousness disorder;4 Epilepsy described by the ancients tends to be vascular dementia in modern medicine;mania tends to be mild cognitive impairment;epilepsy has a wide range, similar to mild cognitive impairment, vascular dementia, and Alzheimer's disease;5 The difference between the ancient and modern language description of the disease and the identification of symptoms may be different.
