Objective To investigate the imaging features of renal clear cell carcinoma(MSCT)and its clinical value. Methods CT imaging features of 39 patients with renal clear cell carcinoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed and evaluated in the diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma. Results:With the increase of the diameter of the tumor, the shape of the tumor was irregular, and the necrosis was more likely to occur in arterial phase, venous phase and delayed phase. The location of the tumor was mixed type and arteriovenous malformations(P<0.05),more irregular arteriovenous malformations(P<0.05),and non-homogeneous tumors were more prone to necrosis and metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion High density lesions have more necrosis and heterogeneity than low. Conclusion CT is the main imaging modality in the diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma. It is of great clinical value in diagnosing the extent and extent of renal clear cell carcinoma and providing an accurate diagnosis basis for prognosis estimation of therapeutic effect.
