| Erectile dysfunction(ED)is a frequent disorder in aging men, affecting men’s physical and mental health seriously. And it has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients and their marital harmony.Epidemiologic studies of ED suggest that approximately five to twenty percent of men have moderate to severe ED,mainly including the psychogenic ED and organic ED.Eighty percent of ED patient is psychological ED,and sixty to eighty percent of organic ED is vascular ED.Due that the sexual dysfunction monitoring instrument on the market have its low acceptance,a new erectile dysfunction wearable monitoring system based on electronic technology was designed and preliminary implemented, which is one work in this thesis. The current imaging methods to vascular erectile dysfunction detection have low contrast, and their resolution are not very ideal. Moreover, they are unable to provide fuctional information.Photoacoustic imaging(PAI)is a relatively new technology, based on biological tissue components of the differential optical absorption of mapping tissue structure and functional information. The experiments of exploring the photoacoustic imaging for detecting vascular ED were carried out,of which results show that photoacoustic imaging techniques has its special superiority in detecting vascular ED,it is the second research work in the thesis.Due that prostate cancer can lead to organic ED,photoacoustic imaging can be used for its early imaging and diagnosis,it is the third research work in this paper.Main work content can be summarized as follows:1.Psychogenic erectile dysfunction dynamic monitoring method and its system prototypeA new psychogenic erectile dysfunction diagnosis system was designed combined with wearable electronic technology and flexible pressure sensing technology, which overcomed the deficiency of the current monitor in domestic and foreign market. In this thesis, flexible pressure sensor selection of the system was researched, and the system including acquisition circuit,PC software were preliminary implemented and the function of system was preliminary tested.2.Application research of photoacoustic imaging for diagnosis of vascular EDMost imaging methods in vascular ED detection are invasive and they are being low image contrast and resolution.A novel photoacoustic imaging for detecting vascular ED was researched. In this thesis, the photoacoustic microscopy imaging system for detecting vascular ED was built, the 532 nm laser was used for imaging penis vein in vitro. The results show that the photoacoustic imaging technology can image penis vein with high spatial resolution and high contrast, which indicates PAI is a potential image modality in the diagnosis of vascular ED.And PGE1 is a medicine as a treatment for vascular erectile dysfunction, the effect of PGE1 in promoting blood flow and blood vessels was researched with photoacoustic imaging techniques. In this thesis, the photoacoustic tomography system was built for exploring PGE1 in promoting blood flow by imaging with laser wavelength of 532 nm.Through a series of PAT clear image of different time, the correctness of this assumption was achieved. That the drugs used to treat vascular ED on indirect experimental basis is provided.3.Application research of photoacoustic imaging for diagnosis of prostate cancerDue to the risk of prostate tumors of cavernous nerve injury,it can lead to organic ED.So the sooner you find make a diagnosis and give treatment, the smaller effects on male sexual health. The experiment was made to explore its application in prostate tumor detection based on photoacoustic tomography system through to imaging the cancerous tissue and benign prostate tissue,of which result matched the biopsy specimen analysis. It suggest that photoacoustic imaging technology can distinguish between the prostate cancer and prostate hyperplasia. |
