Background and ObjectiveMore than 30%of the patients with chest pain coronary angiography revealed no significant stenosis arteries according to epidemiological studies. Some patients whom with angina symptoms, exercise treadmill test is positive, and roughly normal coronary are often diagnosed with cardiac syndrome X(cardiac syndrome X,CSX).At present, the domestic and foreign scholars on the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X is still lack of unified understanding, mainly from the coronary blood flow reserve capacity decline, insulin resistance and endothelial dysfunction, inflammatory reaction, nervous factors, and lack of estrogen and so on has carried on the exploration, including a lack of estrogen and endothelial dysfunction in women CSX incidence occupies an important position in the process, but the lack of estrogen, possible mechanisms of inducing CSX is the lack of related research. The study found that compared with the healthy normal control group, patients with CSX serum(Adiponectin,APN)concentration decreased obviously by Guler E.In addition,Yuan Tao found that the serum adiponectin level of ovariectomized mice decreased significantly, adiponectin also has a significance improve after estrogen therapy(P<0.05).But is there a correlation between APN and estrogen in the patients with CSX?There is no related reports at home and abroad. In this paper,by comparing the observed in postmenopausal women with CSX and healthy normal sex hormones, changes in the levels of adiponectin, and analysis4 the correlation of estrogen and adiponectin levels, elaborated the possible pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X,aiming at providing a new strategy in the treatment of cardiac syndrome X.MethodsAfter selecting postmenopausal women with cardiac syndrome X 55 patients(experimental group)and in healthy non-cardiac syndrome X postmenopausal women 50 cases(control group)in this study.Clinical data were recorded the patient's age, blood lipid and glucose, blood pressure, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen.Venous blood samples were taken from selected objects in the morning, separation of serum, plasma stored for use.The serum levels of sex hormones and APN are all by measured through ELISA,which includes the determination of the sex hormone estradiol, luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone estrogen(FSH),progesterone and testosterone.Difference between sex hormones and adiponectin concentrations between the two groups, analysis and comparison of various sex hormones and adiponectin correlation regression.ResultsCompared with the healthy control group, the concentration of estradiol and APN were significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of LH and FSH were significantly higher in CSX than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum LH,FSH significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),estradiol/testosterone the ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05);CSX serum estradiol and APN was a significant positive correlation through the linear correlation analysis(P<0.05).To APN as the dependent variable multiple linear regression analysis showed that estradiol and LH were closely related with APN(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Women patients with CSX postmenopausal estrogen and adiponectin level was significantly lower healthy normal;2.Women patients with CSX postmenopausal estrogen and significantly related to the level of adiponectin.
