Objective: To use brain function imaging technique to observe the difference between acupuncture and moxibustion of Functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods: In this study 24 cases of FD patients were included in the diagnostic criteria.each FD patients two BOLD(Blood oxygen level dependent)sequences with Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)scanning with acupuncture and moxibustion.scanning each BOLD sequence always takes 19 min20s(this process continue to scan status),followed by locating phase 20 s,structure phase 3 min,acupuncture/resting state 6 min before moxibustion,acupuncture/moxibustion task 3 min,when resting state after acupuncture moxibustion is 10 min.When it enters the acupuncture moxibustion scanning task states,when patients with the Zusanli point,line/moxibustion,acupuncture is 3 min,moxibustion,acupuncture operation are all performed by the same acupuncture physician.Each FD patient first sweeps the needle sequence,and after the needle sequence is over,the moxibustion sequence is scanned after resting in place for 1h.Experimental data using DPARSF software for Low frequency Amplitude(Amplitude of Low frequency Fluctuations,ALFF)analysis.Results: 1.Differences between areas of the brain with acupuncture needle before resting is the right precuneus,right in the back,back in the left frontal and right marginal last time,in the back right corner,left angular gyrus and right amount back ALFF value;Contrast with acupuncture needle after resting,differences between areas of the brain is in last time back,left in the right frontal margin,left inferior frontal gyrus triangle,right margin last time,left top lobule,right precuneus,right inferior frontal gyrus triangle ALFF value is reduced,the cerebellum,right caudate come back,right thalamus and left caudate ALFF higher value;Resting after acupuncture and acupuncture before resting,the differences between areas of the brain to right back in hippocampus,cerebellum,right temporal ALFF value is reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Contrast with moxibustion before resting,both show differences in brain functional area is to the left frontal back down,right,top lobule ALFF value is reduced,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);Moxibustion with patients resting after comparing the results,both show differences in brain regions for right insula,left from the back,back in the right temporal ALFF higher value,right under the top lobule ALFF value is reduced,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);Resting after moxibustion and moxibustion before resting compared as a result,the difference shows the central brain regions of right occipital lobe,right lobe wedge,left the central ALFF value increased,to return to the left inferior frontal gyrus back ALFF value in a triangle,the forehead is reduced,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Brain response characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion have obvious difference,task state and static state interest contrast differences between results reported were reduced ALFF value area is given priority to with the right cerebral hemisphere,ALFF higher value area is given priority to with the left cerebral hemisphere,task state differences in brain areas for the right rim on the top of the last time,right in return,right occipital lobe,right frontal lobe,right precuneus,right upper central cingulate gyrus and other brain regions ALFF value decreased,the left and right cerebellum caudate back,right cerebellum,left cerebellar peduncle,left temporal gyrus and other brain regions ALFF higher value;The difference between the two is significantly smaller than the task state in both the strength and the region,which is lower when the center of the right center and the right margin are lower.The left anterior lobe,the left frontal lobe,and the right cerebellum are higher.The results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The instant center response mechanism of acupuncture Zusanli point of FD patients may be: Inhibiting the limbic system and the sensory neural network center to reduce the central and visceral sensitivities,regulating the conduction and processing of gastric pain and other discomfort and suppressing process of the environment,the behavioral experience and the visceral feeling.2.The immediate central action mechanism of the patients with the FD is likely to be the process of regulating the mental and brain pain and other sensory processes of FD patients.Suppressing the sensitivity of the internal organs;The reduction of ALFF values on the right is likely to be one of the mechanisms of the central role,and further study is needed.3.There was a difference in the response characteristics of the immediate brain function of the three holes of the FD patients with acupuncture and moxibustion.After acupuncture and moxibustion,the FD patients were able to match the psychosocial factors to the FD symptoms.To reduce the effect of psychological factors and environmental factors on FD,and to regulate gastric power and stomach pain management to reduce FD symptoms.The resting state of moxibustion,which is mainly to regulate the stomach pain and the feeling of fullness,is not involved in the adjustment of mental psychology.
