With the development of medical technology,endovascular aneurysm repair becomes the first choice,because of its safety,efficiently and minimally invasive.Diameters of stents which used in the EVAR are measured by the inner-diameters of the tumor,the tumor neck and the iliac artery.In order to overcome the subjectivity of artificial selection and make stents selection more objective and reasonable,this paper designed an AAAs' measurement analysis system which based on the morphology processing.It can extract the layer of tumor neck automatically,and carries on the processing,segmentation and measurement analysis.The system is composed of five parts,which are images de-noising,tumor neck layer selection,images enhancement and tumor carotid artery segmentation analysis and the experimental measurement.The noises which produced in the process of CT image acquisition are not conducive to the analysis of the image.An improved de-noising method was come forward according to the type of noise.The noise can be removed by this method comprehensively,and the high frequency information of the image can be of high frequency information was preserved effectively.The position of opened renal artery layer was judged based on the prior medical knowledge and the refinery which are the shape descriptor as the body of the judgment.The fuzzy of image edges only can be weakened than be inevitable,so this paper proposes a modified morphology image enhancement method to strengthen the target areas.Mandatory minimum method is used to obtain the image of the inside tag(target area),and use it as a mask revised the original morphological gradient image.Set a grey value to inhibit the revised image,used the high frequency information of the finally revised image to enhance the image.Internal tag correction the morphological gradient can inhibit the maximum extension effectively.Combine the revised morphological gradient with the watershed segmentation for the image segmentation.Measure the short axis of segmentation arteries and analysis.This paper designed the experimental process on Windows platform Matlab R2009b programming implementation.This system used the real abdominal aortic aneurysm which from the fuzhou hospital vascular surgical as a case study.In the process of pretreatment,image quality had an effectively improve through the objective evaluation index of PSNR,SNR and DSM;Used the refinement which describe the shape to judging the location of opened renal artery,and the right rate reached to 89.2%,which has a certain practical significance;The segmentation result of the measurement analysis system was Similar to the gold standard,so the measurement of blood vessel diameter tend to be more accurate.The computer system is highly repetitive,objectivity,so use it to assist doctors in selection can effectively reduce the error because of the doctor subjective judgment.
