Objective:To Contrastive analysis and research the treatment effect of the laparoscopic hepatectomy versus traditional open hepatectomy for hepatic carcinoma. To study the minimal invasive surgery, clinical effcet and recovery of laparoscopic hepatectomy surgery. The clinical advantage of laparoscopic hepatectomy is analysed in liver and gall surgery, which is the basis of laparoscope in liver resection surgery. Methods:The 87 patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group of 45 cases was laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH),the control group of 42 cases was open hepatectomy(OH).Observe the clinical effects and reactions of the two groups.Operation time, blood loss of the operation, liver function, recovery time of bowel movement, time of leave the sickbed, time in hospital,All the data Analysised by statistical tests. Results:All operations were successfully performed. No operative deaths occurred in erther group. There was no conversion to open surgery in the Laparoscopic hepatectomy group. Two groups' general information have no significant difference(p>0.05).Laparoscopic hepatectomy group is significant(p<0.05)less in length of incision, operation time, first eating time after operation, drainage tube removal time, and hospitalization time than the open operation group. There were significant difference(p<0.05)in liver fuction after operation, and the postoperative complications between the two groups. Conclusion:Laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatocarcinoma has a great effect in the treatment of liver cancer,It has many merits such as less trauma, less pain, less intraoperative bleeding, less postoperative complications, quick recovery, short hospital stay and beautiful incision.it is used as a better choice for the treatment of liver cancer in the clinical application.
