Objective: To understand the effectiveness of HIV infection in Hangzhou City,infection in pregnant women receiving antiretroviral drugs to prevent mother to child transmission of HIV / AIDS,and to evaluate the effectiveness,safety,and adverse reactions of the HIV infection in the prevention of HIV / AIDS in the future.Methods: In July 2007-December 2013 Hangzhou a hospital out-patient examination and hospital delivery of HIV positive pregnant women in 98 cases,At different time of antiviral maternal HIV at 14 weeks,28 weeks of pregnancy,in three groups,A group of40 cases,38 cases in B group,C group of 20 cases.Medication: group A: pregnant women from 14 weeks began taking AZT + 3TC + NVP scheme to the end of pregnancy;group B: pregnant women from 28 weeks to start taking AZT + 3TC + NVP scheme to delivery end;group C: NVP scheme,limited to pregnancy did not receive HIV testing and about to give birth only to find pregnant women infected with HIV.All newborns were born from 6 to AZT with 12 h syrup,two times a day,and 6 weeks after birth.The number of CD4+ cells,were detected in pregnant women before and after antiviral blood routine,liver function index.Pregnant women with blocking measures for safety in midwifery and neonatal care,neonatal 99,respectively in 12 months and 18 months were newborn HIV antibody test,and the results of the analysis.Result:The number of CD4+ cells in the three groups of pregnant women was 10,and the number of CD4+ cells in the groups was normal,and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).The adverse reactions were mainly in the gastrointestinal tract,mild anemia and mild anemia.Blocking effect: a group of infants0 infection,group B,2 cases of infant infection,4 cases of group C infection in infants,group A and group B compared X~2=0.97,Group B compared with group C,X~2= 1.685,P= 0.0194,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),compared group A and group C,X~2= 5.815,P = 0.016 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The blocking effect of A group and B group was significantly better than that of C group.Conclusion:Triple antiviral drugs for blocking HIV mother to child transmission effect is very significant,it is recommended to early antiviral treatment,infant HIV infection rate is lower,the need to strengthen the follow-up and management of neonatal delivery.
