Effect Of Integrative Chinese And Western Medicine On IL-17 And TGF-beta1 Expression Level In Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

Objective To investivgate the effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine on interleukin 17(IL-17)and TGF-?/Smad singaling pathway in chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods 150 cases of chronic hepatitis B were divided into three groups :compound Biejiaruangan tablets group,entecavir group and combination group,50 cases in each group,with a consecutive treatment of 48 weeks.At pre-treatment,1 d and 24 w,48w post-treatment,the IL-17,tansforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1)and the hepatic fibrosis indexes including HA,LN,PC-?,C? were detected by ELLSA.Rusults There were no singnificant difference in serum IL-17,TGF-?1 and HF indexes of HA,LN,C? and PC? among three groups at pretreatment,1d post-treatment.There were singnificant difference in serum IL-17,TGF-?1 and HF indexes of HA,LN,C? and PC? among three groups at 24,48 w post-treatment,meanwhile combination group < compound Biejiaruangan tablets group < entecavir group,and three were significant difference between every two groups(P<0.05).There were positive correlation of serum IL-17,TGF-?1 and HF indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Biejiaruangan tablets group combined with entecavir group has a better efficacy than single treatment in the threatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
