As a cross-cutting areas of artificial intelligence control and biomedical engineering,medical robot has broad prospects and great development.In a technology-driven 21st century,the rapid development of human bionic technology,human organism also has a more comprehensive understanding,so human mining and expand the field of use and more intelligent robot.You can then monitor the doctor,do some limited-time operation;as human prostheses,change the limitations of traditional prostheses.So for humans,artificial intelligence robot is the emergence of the Gospel of medical development.This thesis studied the robot,the robot kinematics analysis and kinematic theory only prosthetic support,to extend the range of the robot were calculated;and with statics theory,each node is calculated by the robot to withstand the maximum torque.Through the establishment of the model,by being inverse kinematics of the robot,Jacobian matrix is derived,in theory support the differential method,the robot's error analysis.Robot control part of this study is based on TI's TMS320F2812 central digital processor control panel,to achieve six degrees of freedom manipulator and grab the steering function.Use TMS320F2812 event processor EVA and EVB unit at CCS3.3 programming environment allows the processor to produce a pulse width modulated PWM waveform supplied driver circuit.Servo drive circuit using LM317 voltage regulator to be regulated robot servo drive,guaranteed to give each joint steering gear provides a stable voltage and current,ensure the stable operation of the robot.Manipulator system is running,the driving portion is part of the steering gear power the entire robot,TMS320F2812 control board is the core of the robot control section,so the two parts of the whole design process is equally important aspects in the steering gear drive commissioning process there are some issues to be resolved,such as the output voltage instability during robot running voltage supply shortage will occur,shortcomings in this regard to the operation of the steering gear damage is relatively large,it will affect the life of the steering gear.
