| Objective:Diabetes has a high incidence, which complications seriously affecting the quality of life for patients.Acupuncture and reductions of western medicine are simultaneously used to control better blood sugar in the clinical,but some patients are difficult to adhere to treatment of acupuncture.based on this,research group has developed a new type of Wrist laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument, preliminary study have showing that optimum power of output is 10mw?12min, and from 12 minutes having significant effects for time.Based on previous study, this study mainly completes the exploration of wrist laser acupuncture treatment for Diabetic vasculopathy,provides new family care and treatment options for diabetes,, which is also beneficial to clinical promotion of laser acupuncture.Methods:72 outpatients and inpatient fitting the inclusion criteria from the Third Affiliated hospital affiliated to Chengdu Traditional Chinese Medicine are randomly divided into two groups with 36 patients in each group:laser treatment (normal laser irradiation) group of 36 patients; laser treatment of simulation(instrument display bright, but not laser irradiation) control group of 36 patients,Shedding two cases;data analysis include a total of 70 cases.The acupoints selected for laser treatment are Taiyuan, Neiguan, Shenmen to irradiation with 10 mw laser, choose nourishing ping xie therapy model (model 3),30 min a time,1 time a day, and 4 times a week, treatment of 12 weeks in a row,.Follow-up of 12 weeks.Before and after the treatment, and during follow-up, respectively glucose (0,1,2,4,8,12,24thweek), glycated hemoglobin, NO, lipids (0,12,24 weeks) and neck vascular ultrasound (0,12,24th weeks) are evaluated to explore the impact of new wrist laser acupuncture and and moxibustion instrument for diabetic vascular lesions.Result:1.Blood-related indicators(1)Blood glucose level:fasting blood sugar,2 hour blood sugar levels after meals of each time point and before-after difference between the two groups uses "T" test?it can be seen that statistically significant difference are observed in the before and after treatment by analysis of the repetitive measure variance of score of the therapy group at each time.differences in blood sugar between the treatment group and control group are statistically significant in Follow-up of 3 months (P< 0.05).(2)HbA1c:all the HbAlc differences are statistically significant (P< 0.05) with "T" test.HbAlc is not significant difference Before enrollment in groups (P>0.05), it is significant difference finishing treating of 12 weeks and follow-up 3 months (P< 0.05).(3)NO changes:all the NO differences are statistically significant (P< 0.05) with "T" test.differences in blood sugar and NO between the treatment group and control group are statistically significant in Follow-up of 12 weeks (P< 0.05).(4)Blood lipid change:the difference of the treatment group and control group in blood fat is no statistical significance (P> 0.05) with the group "T" test,2.Neck vascular exceeds the value:using group"T"test, each index of vascular ultrasound between the treatment group and control group have no statistical significance (P> 0.05).3.The two groups are not reported adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Basic treatment of diabetes combined with laser treatment can effectively ,safely regulate blood sugar, NO which is a growth factor of vascular endothe lial.2.Laser treatment may have a synergistic effect on the basis of conventional treatment in diabetes in controling blood sugar and regulating NO.3.In this study, carotid artery disease in ultrasound have not improved significantly with Wrist of laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument for 12 weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up. |
