| Objective:By using a randomized, parallel controlled trial design method, observe the clinical curative effect before and after treatment in patients with chronic urticaria and safety index and laboratory index, CC type trend factor signal transduction pathway is introduced into the research field of Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria, from CC chemotactic factors point of view to reveal molecular mechanisms of Chinese Angelica Decoction Treatment of urticaria and to further explore the traditional Chinese medicine on chronic urticaria clinical efficacy and mechanism of action.Methods:Select the patients with chronic urticaria, randomized, parallel control design method, randomly divided into the control group, the experimental group was observed. The control group was treated with placebo, the experimental group was treated with "Dangguiyinzi party", are 1,1 agents,3 times a day, for 2 weeks. Mainly observe and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment laboratory indexes (including peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) RANTES, MCP-1, MCP-3 and MIP-la mRNA expression level) changes and clinical efficacy indexes of symptoms and signs was observed and quantified TCM symptom score) and an index, through the statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy, safety evaluation and laboratory evaluation results.Results:1) The experimental group into the group of 30 cases, which recovered 0 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective (26.67%), effective in 20 cases (66.67%),2 cases were invalid (6.66%), the total efficiency of monohydrate was 93.34%. The control group into the group of 30 cases, among them,0 cases were cured, effective in 2 cases (6.67%),4 cases were effective (13.33%), invalid in 24 cases (80%). The total effective rate is 20%. Comparing the two groups of data and the main symptom, TCM syndrome integral, (P< 0.05), the differences of statistical significance.2) Of two groups of patients vital signs monitoring and blood routine, liver and renal function tests, were not found and experimental drug related abnormal changes; two groups in the test process had no patients experienced adverse events.3) Of laboratory results were analyzed before treatment, the test group expression levels compared with the control group compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05), but after the end of treatment, taking in the experiment group index expression levels were significantly lower than taking control group (P< 0.05). And experimental medicine group after the medication before the laboratory indexes were significantly reduced, while the control group was not significantly decreased.Conclusion:1) The angelica Yinzi Decoction "in the treatment of chronic urticaria is effective, it can relieve the itching, reduce the number of episodes of wheal, improve the comprehensive effect of the treatment of chronic urticaria.2)Dangguiyinzi decoction treatment effect is likely and CC type trend factor expression level decreased, especially RANTES, MCP-1, MCP-3 and MIP-la this a few factors expression level decreased.
