Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of moxibustion on RA models; To explore the effects on the TCR signaling pathway.Methods:45 SPF SD rats, male and female each of half,200 ± 20g, adaptive domestication 1 week. They were randomized to blank-control group("blank group"),RA model group("model group") and moxibustion treatment group("treatment group").The RA animal model was established by Freund's complete adjuvant method. Before building(the first day) and on the 7th,14th, 21st,28th day.1.To observe overall situation, to measure foot volume.2.To observe the changes of the joint in the ankle joint tissue with HE, to detect the expression of ZAP-70, Fyn and Lck in the spleen tissues with IHC.Results:1.Moxibustion could obviously improve RA rats'overall condition and remarkably decrease foot volume.2.The test results of HE shows:the arthritis cell intrusion is remarkably higher(p<0.01), synovial tissue and fibrous tissue is remarkably hyperplasia (p<0.05) in model group than blank group; synovial tissue and fibrous tissue significantly and inflammatory cell infiltration is remarkably reduced(p<0.01) in treatment group than model group.3. The test results of IHC shows:the expression of Lc^ Fyn and ZAP-70 are remarkably higher(p<0.05) in model group than control group; the expression of Lck? Fyn and ZAP-70 are remarkably reduced(p<0.05) in treatment group than model group.Conclusions:1.Moxibustion could obviously improve RA rats' overall condition and detect foot volume.2.Moxibustion can obviously improve RA rats' overall condition and foot volume, which shows that moxibustion has significant anti-inflammatory effect.3. Moxibustion can regulate the expression of TCR signaling pathway related cytokines Lck, Fyn and ZAP-70 in the spleen of experimental RA rats. It is indicated that the experimental RA has a significant effect on the TCR signaling pathway, which may be one of the important mechanisms of moxibustion on anti-inflammatory and immune effect.
