Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of the minimally invasive surgery on choledocholithiasis by comparing and analyzing the treating effectiveness of three operation manners on choledocholithiasis.Methods:Fifty-six patients suffering from cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis hospitalized in the Yangzhou First People's Hospital from October,2013 to October,2015 were enrolled in the study. The cases satisfying the standard requirements were divided into 3 groups:traditional laparotomy(Group A)of 20cases,laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic surgery(Group B)of 18cases and laparoscopic combined with duodenoscopic surgery(Group C)of 18cases.The operation time(min),operative blood loss(ml),postoperative gastrointestinal function regaining time(d),whether or not using the painkillers, postoperative hospital stay(d),postoperative complications(bile leakage, incision infection, stone retaining)were recorded. We then made an analysis on the clinical treating effectiveness of the three surgeryResult:There were no significant differences in the preoperative data including age, gender and whether or not undergoing medical complications. The operative blood loss, postoperative pain, gastrointestinal function regaining time, incision infection rate and hospital stay in Group B and Group C was significantly less than Group A(P<0.05)while the operation time in Group B and Group C was longer than Group A(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative bile leakage and stone retaining rate.Concusions:The laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic surgery and laparoscopic combined with duodenoscopic surgery enjoy a palpable clinical significance with safe and feasible merit, minimal invasion, faster postoperative recovery, less postoperative infection rate than traditional surgery, shorter hospital stay and fine treating effectiveness. However we need to strictly master the operation indications as well as cautions and actively improve our laparoscopic operation skills to pursue for a higher operation success rate and shorter operation time.
