Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of two different methods in the treatment of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(20-40ml)in the basal ganglia region by CTguided minimally invasive hematoma evacuation and internal medicine treatment. Methods:Patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(20-40ml)in the basal ganglia region from the Department of Neurology,Sihong People's Hospital from March2016 to March 2009 were studied.Patients were divided into CT-guided minimally invasive hematoma evacuation group(referred to as: treatment group)and internal medicine treatment group(referred to as: control group). The NIHSS scores,Barthel scores and MRS scores were observed between the two groups at 1 weeks,2 weeks,4 weeks,and12 weeks after treatment. The disabled standard is the MRS score more than 3 points. The rate of disability in the two groups was compared during the observation period. The volume of hematoma was observed between the two groups at 1 weeks,2 weeks and 4weeks after treatment. The hematoma absorption time of the two groups was compared. The rate of re-bleeding,pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal bleeding and other complications were compared between the two groups.Compared the two groups of patients in hospital stay and hospital costs. Results: A total of 90 patients, including 46 cases in the treatment group and 44 cases in the control group.During the observation period, the NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group and the disability rate was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05).During the observation period, the absorption of hematoma in the treatment group was earlier than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In the treatment group, the incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were all superior to those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(20-40ml)in the basal ganglia region,CT-guided minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma can improve the clinical prognosis, improve the ability of daily life of patients and reduce the rate of disability. It can shorten the time of hematoma absorption, reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal bleeding and other complications. It can shorten hospital stay and reduce the cost of hospitalization...
