| Object:1.To construct themirror therapy rehabilitation nursing program for patients with replantation.2.Toevaluate the clinical effect of mirror therapy on replantation patients using controlled clinical trials.Methods:This research is divided into two parts:Part I,the construction of the mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing program for digital replantation patients.1.Based on literature review,drawing on the existing rehabilitation program of hand function,and the result of expert consensus meeting.We can constructed the draft mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing pragram for digital replantation patients.2.The Delphi method was used to in two rounds of seeking advice from experts,and the generally recognized pattern was constructed eventually.Part II,the clinical trials of the mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing program for replantation patients.A semi-experimental study was used.61 replantation patients were divided two groups,i.e.,the experimental group and the control group,according to the hospitalization time.The hand-movement state,sensory function,the subjective attitude of hand function after discharge were measured before and after intervention.Repetitive measurement deviation analysis,and simple effect analysis,such as Chi-square test,Rank sum test,One-Way ANOVA,were used to evaluate the effectiveness.Results:1.The quantitative mirror therapyrehabilitation nursing for replantation patients was constructed.2.During hospitalization,the two groups of replantation patients had no statistical in Barthel index scores(P>0.05).Over time,the conventional mode of daily activities of the patients to improve the ability to have a certain effect,from the two groups of efficacy comparison,mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing program is better than the conventional rehabilitation program.3.Early rehabilitation,the total activity of the fingers of the two groups(TAM),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while during and after rehabilitation,the TAM level in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).4.After 3 months and 6 months,difference in sensory function between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months,the mean distance of two-pointdiscrimination(2PD)in the experimental group was significantlyless than control group(P<0.05).5.At 3 months after discharged,the general score of MHQ and the scores of hand function,activitiesof dailyliving(ADL),work performance,the outward appearance of hands,and degree of satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group.However,the differences between the scores of two groups had statistical significance.The differences between the scores of pains of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing programcontributeds to improvementof ADLandthe recoveryof hand function in replantation patients.2.The mirror therapy rehabilitation nursing program can improve the patients' subjective satisfaction ofhand function. |
