| Three-level health service network is the basic organization form of rural medical clinic at the present stage in China. It has a very important position in construction of new rural of socialism. As the basis of three-level health service network in China, Village clinics is the first medical treatment for these villagers to see a doctor as convenient as timely.Objective:This research via investigation of the current situation of village clinics and the villagers’ demand for health services to find out the problems in current village clinic service, and put forward targeted suggestions and measures.Methods:Using unified questionnaire survey method designing the questionnaire, including Survey of village clinic in Shenbei New Developed Area of Shenyang and Questionnaire of rural health service in Shenbei New Developed Area. The first one is to selected 125 from a total of 180 village clinics in the Shenbei New Developed Area. The second one is using household survey method, mainly aim at the survey of rural health service demand, and the investigation objective is the villagers of incorporated villages. In the 9 incorporated villages of a total of 300 households in the village, each household to fill out a questionnaire survey, and recycling 300 questionnaires.Result:The present situation of Shenbei New Developed Area rural clinic and the village doctor: Village clinic medical conditions has improved and run well. Village doctors’ age is getting older, 43.2% are elder than 60 years old. There is anther problem, particularly, low professional quality, and 82.4% degree is lower than technical secondary school. In addition, the village doctor’s income is low.The present situation of Shenbei New Developed Area villagers’ health service demand: The average education level is low, after people get sick 53.6% of the villagers would come to village clinics. Analysis the influence factors was carried out on the basic situation of the villagers and the select of the hospital after they get sick or injury. Analysis shows that the education for the villagers to choose the hospital has a certain impact.(P<0.05)The types of medical insurance which the villagers participated in after injury had certain influence on the choice of the type of hospital.(P<0.05)Gender, occupation, participation in insurance or not, types of insurance and family income have no significant impact on the type of the choice of hospital.(P>0.05)At the same time, the villagers’ have medical insurance get a high degree.Conclusions:The villagers are basically satisfied with the new rural cooperative medical system. The level of diagnosis, service attitude, medical environment and fee standards can basically satisfied the needs of the villagers, but there also have some room to improve. Few villagers do not understand clearly for the new rural cooperative medical system. With the increasing demand for health services, it need to increase the facilities and equipment of the village clinic, and improve the quality of medical services in rural areas. Government at all levels should strengthen the leadership, unified planning, rational equipped with rural medical resources. To strengthen the construction of village-level medical team. Increase capital investment, and medical equipment, to enhance the level of medical treatment. From all side to improve the quality of medical staff team, and get a high-level ability of the village clinic in the grassroots health service. |
