Objective Through retrospective analysis of the results of colorectal cancer screening in Xingqing District of Yinchuan city and the results of colonoscopy examination in high-risk population.To explore the methods of prevention and control of colorectal cancer and to clarify its significance.Methods Methods a retrospective analysis was made, The preliminary screening results,thascreening of colorectal cancer screening program for the 40-74 year-old resident in 2010- 2014 Yinchuan Xingqing Districtt by optimizing the screening program were analysised.We analyzed the results of screening with colonoscopy for colorectal cancer risk population including familial adenomatous polyposis,colorectal cancer surgery and colorectal cancer first-degree relatives.Results In the actual screening process,14212 people finished the questionnaire investigation.14084 people completed stool occult blood test.3281 people had Positive results of the questionnaire and fecal occult blood test.A total of 1253 subjects received complete colonoscopies,Which contained 357 cases of polyp patients. Colonoscopy compliance were 38.19%.The incidence of polyps was 29.29%(357/1253).Twenty-seven patients had adenomas,The incidence rate was 2.15%(27/1253), Nineteen patients were found to have colorectal cancer, The incidence rate was1.5%(19/1253).From 2003 to 2014, the Thirty-one FAP patients from 8 family constellation including139 members.107members were accepted examine. Colonoscopy compliance was76.98%.The average age was32.5 years.The ratio of male and female was21:10.The incidence rate was 28.97%(31/107).The cancer rate was 22.58%(7/31).The average age of The cancer rate was 44.5years.68 cases of colorectal cancer patients were followed up after review of colonoscopy,and the detection of colorectal cancer were 3cases including the1 cases of anastomotic recurrence and 1 cases of metachronous multiple primary cancers.11 cases of polyp patients.2 cases of adenoma patients.216 cases of First-degree relatives of colorectal cancer be screened out.Fifty-fivefirst-degree relatives of patients suffering from positive result in 157 relatives.The incidence rate was33.76%.51 patients with upper gastrointestinal polyp, 2 patients with colorectal cancer were find out.Conclusion The polyps, colorectal adenomas and colorectal cancer disease s could be effectively found by Screening. Earlier diagnosis and treatment can reduce the incidence and the mortality rate of colorectal cancer for high-risk gr oups.
