Objective : To search the risk factors associated with bleeding during the perioperative period in adult patients undergoing heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods : 1.A total of 570 cases of patients undergoing heart surgery with CPB from January 2012 to December were chosen for retrospective analyze;2.Select clinical potential variables related to bleeding during the perioperative period;3. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the occurrence of bleeding: bleeding group and non-bleeding group;4. The risk factors of bleeding conducted single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis. Then search the risk factors associated with bleeding during the perioperative period in adult patients undergoing heart surgery with CPB.Results : 570 patients undergoing heart surgery with CPB,68 developde bleeding. Univariate analysis revealed that the risk factors including CPB duration?120min(P=0.000) operation type(P=0.000)?NYHA heart function classification ?III level(P=0.000)?whether the use of hemostatic drugs(P=0.000)?hemostatic drugs type(P=0.021)?preoperative hematocrit concentration(P=0.004)?BMI(P=0.013)?age(P=0.048).Logistic regression analysis show that the independent risk factors include CPB duration, NYHA heart function classification, whether the use of hemostatic drugs, operation type, and BMI.Conclusions:1.The independent risk factors related to excessive bleeding during the perioperative period in adult patients undergoing heart surgery with CPB include CPB duration, NYHA heart function classification, whether the use of hemostatic drugs, operation type, and BMI; 2.For single center study, this study is subject to sample cases and sample composition etc.,discussion is not comprehensive, still need long-term monitoring and validation.
